The first room we got had a foul smell so we immediately asked for a new room. The second room was good but the curtains were dusty. We asked them to clean the curtains next day. The staff kept calling everyday to enquirer about our comfort which was a bit annoying as it disturbed our sleep. Also, the staff would come everyday to check the mini bar at random times once everyday which was also annoying. We even asked them to take the mini bar away so that we could have our peace yet they didn't do it. In the end, it was the final mini bar check during checkout which delayed the entire checkout process. The staff took too much time to send someone for luggage and to check the mini bar. So the checkout and leisure part of our stay was not very good. Food was very good. The waiters were very courteous and cook also came to ensure the food was as per our liking. There is a valet so dropping off the car for parking was hassle-free. The spa rooms were small and washrooms and steam room were away from the massage rooms. So we didn't get any spa done. The gym is very big and well maintained. The trainer was helpful as well. Also the swimming pool was very clean and there was an instructor as well for any help. The checkin and checkout times should be adjusted to ensure the customers can utilise maximum facilities. Overall the experience was good.

Hotel rooms were very good but food was below average n over priced asked for veg biryani came with rice almost like normal rice just little lengthy then normal only just n was served cold asked regarding the size of basmati chef came n was arguing with me n was giving reference of that he worked previously with oberios n all I am asking just simple question to u guys if the dining person is unhappy with the food served that it’s the responsibility of the person to take positively for that movement atleast to assure the demands of the people rather then taking to the egos I have visited second time but I dined for first time I take my lessons shall never again visit the Balaji Sarovar Premiere will search for better options were people are good n food option is better even amenities r little on lesser side …

I’ve traveled with my family. Resort is at convenient location. Room was spacious. Food was excellent. Both front desk and restaurant staff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to mr sardar for the excellent support during our stay and making us comfortable. Also thankful to chef rajesh n dharmendra for serving the delicious food. Also would like to mention about deepak, kaushik and roopam for providing wonderful service when at courtyard restaurant. And the last about gym facility, its was well equipped, thanks to mr naresh for his guidance and sharing some good health tips. Overall a relaxing and memorable experience at balaji sarovar!

From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by your staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly courteous and efficient. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view. Was looking for a good stay in solapur and came across balaji sarovar premier. Was quite apprehensive at the beginning but the moment i saw the Balaji Sarovar Premiere i was relieved and knew this is gonna be one of the best stays ever. Indeed, balaji sarovar beats top notch Balaji Sarovar Premieres in cities like pune and mumbai everything from staff to the rooms, ambience, in house restaurants the bar everything was superb. This place is nothing less than some star Balaji Sarovar Premieres in big cities.

The property was clean, beautiful and huge. Rooms were clean. The food was tasty and portions were good. The buffet breakfast and dinner was scrumptous. The hospitality was topnotch. Shrinivas from front office desk, preeti from reception, all the staff from restaurants were helpful and knowledgeable about their fields. Transportation arranged by Balaji Sarovar Premiere was very good. Driver an-tosh was very good and driving was very good. Overall a memorable stay with family and visits to all temples.

Beautiful ambiance. The reception, lobby, restaurant has the best ambiance. Staff is courteous and cooperative. Food specially maharashtrian dishes are delicious and tasty. The only one difficulty i faced was in bathroom was the water was not getting drained out. This they should have checked before allotting the room. But they immediately resolved on making complaint. Afternoon tea served in room was very strong. When told about it they offered us complementary tea.

It was nice surprise after entering in room. They had nice sweet with tricolor flag on 15th august.

The only 5 star Balaji Sarovar Premiere in solapur. The Balaji Sarovar Premiere is near the airport. The rooms are great and clean. They allowed me an very late check in after 10 pm. The restaurant have good taste and wide spread buffet and breakfast. Overall a very good stay.

Overall the stay was comfortable with well maintained rooms. Front desk srinivas was very helpful and polite.

Good comfortable stay in the city of solapur. However, i did get a 5 star feeling in this Balaji Sarovar Premiere. It's a 4 star. The breakfast spread is not as lavish as 5 stars. And on sun-day there was 20-25 mins waiting for the breakfast showing there was no planning.
