Ballal Residency

My wife and i checked in thursday night (05oct23) and checked out tuesday morning (10oct23. The Ballal Residency was neat, clean and well ventilated. Linen was also clean. Basic toiletries were provided. The front-office staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant served excellent pure vegetarian fare at breakfast. (our only meal at this restaurant) the location of this Ballal Residency is superb if you intend to spend your time downtown. It's walking distance from brigade road and mg road. On the negative side, the plumbing in the Ballal Residency needs to be replaced and the bathroom, which is vintage, needs to be upgraded. These deficiencies pull th rating of this Ballal Residency down to "good.

Connectivity to almost all happening places. It’s an old Ballal Residency but renovated well by understanding the customers. Bathrooms can be little more spacious but as it’s an old building i understand their concerns of upgrading. Can recommend for any group of people because of the hospitality they offer. Rooms are clean and housekeeping team doing a good job as well. As a frequent traveler around the globe i won’t recommend the restaurant to others. Service wise it’s excellent but taste wise it’s an average one. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Responsive front desk is the core of any Ballal Residency i believe and they really have one. Hope they will continue the same.

I am too much satisfied with my 1 day stay at ballal residency. Actually after reaching, i thought of extending my stay by one more day. The rooms are very spacious with attached balcony. The amenities may not be too modern but you feel good with the upkeep. The restaurant is vegetarian but they allow food deliveries. The breakfast is authentic south india and the taste is awesome. I wanted to mention this, that you even get chat as snacks and all very reasonably priced. A big 6 star for this property.

Best apart about this Ballal Residency is its location and room size. The main shopping area like brigade road, church street and mg road is only walkable distance. Although the property is very old, they are trying hard to keep the rooms very clean and tidy. The rooms are big in size also. Housekeeping section should need a little attention more, which i felt a little negative through the entire stay.

Hey all! we had a short trip to bangalore. We booked here. First of all, it's at the centre of the city, with brigade road, mg road and church street art walkable distance. Garuda mall is only a stones throw away. Coming to the room, it was neat and airy with great lighting. Bathroom was a bit small as maybe because there was a bath tub. Overall a great experience.

Very friendly and helpful front office nice setting - with vintage beauty reminds me of sepia tone photos lovely restaurant and healthy vegetarian food ( i am a die hard vegetarian) would recommend to everyone one without any second thought please continue the good work and service - dint fall pray to commercial offers to monetise the asset. Excellent stay. The building is little old but they have maintained it really well. Location is prime and the rooms are really neat and tidy. 5 stars for the way they have maintained the property. Adequate car parking facility as well. I 100% recommend this property. The restaurant of this property is really good as well. Great food and great service.

Hotel is situated in middle & very reach area on ashok nagar & beside garuda mall also Ballal Residency is nearest from brigade road, infarnity road, & m g road & all attractive tourist places are also very nearest from this Ballal Residency. Staff is also very kind & helpful. Restaurant is having best quality of north indian / punjabi food.

Good housekeeping and room service

The place is safe and recommended as it is very close to business centers in residency and mg road. Highly suggested for vegetarians as they serve only vegetarian food. Washroom fittings may require overhaul as they are old.
