Resort was neat and clean. Rooms were good. Amenities are maintained well. Good food. Good staff. But area is so small that it can't be called a resort. Overall we had pleasant stay.

The room was very . One window was in the room which opened to the gallery where people were walking all the time . No privacy . Food was not worth the price . People were nice though .

Location Long away from reserve forest safari, no wheelchair , below average food, amenities and services. We booked for 2 days. But, had to leave early after 1 day stay. We paid for 2 days in advance. We request for refund for one day at the earliest

The stay is excellent. Loved the pool and the small gaming area attached. Loved the lawn and the born fire during the evening. DJ played during dinner was amazing. Place has a sunflower field nearby. Really must visit to take photos. Location: 21 kms from national park. Near toll. have to pay toll for entry and exit Room: Spacious and luxurious Food: Excellent spread of breakfast. Didn't like the food quality in Udupi near by. Prefer to have dinner outside.

Biggest flaw of this property is it is just after toll and you will keep paying 100 rs on every trip to city. Wont allow drinks by the pool side, managers are not friendly. Room is okay okay for the money paid and basic necessities are missing like broken kettle.
