Bandipur Khans resort & Gufa restaurant

Poor stay, no cleanliness, no hygiene, waste of money, bathroom were stinking, bathroom door were not functional, poor place

Worst experience ever. No hygiene is maintained in the property.No proper service.Food quality was very poor. Disappointed ☹️

I would like to rate poor. Room service is very bad. toilet flush was not working and there was no hot water facility in bathroom. after repeated calling also no one came for inspection.

Excellent stay at Khans resort Bandipur, Kids and Family really loved the stay, hospitality and care extremely satisfied, Highly recommended for family stay.

However, rooms and bathrooms need much better maintenance — cleanliness is ok , some fixtures , and overall facilities don’t match the price. Nice place for a short stay close to nature, . The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Food is really tasty, especially the local dishes and breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and adjustable for a short stay, but cleanliness can be improved for a better experience. ⭐ Rating: 3/5

Not neat & clean un hygienic. Very bad not clean . Construction also not good. Food not good. Food plate, also not cleaning properly. Bathroom is very very bad. Towel is very bad. Smell not room is not clean and hygienic.

our stay was very good. the location, service, food was top notch & everyone served us with heart, a good option for anyone travelling to bandipur.

Review: The location of the resort is perfect and it's just 1 KM from Bandipur jungle safari gate. The overall resort is good and spacious. The service was also good and prompt while the restaurant has good options for food. The only area of improvement is breakfast and they should add more and better options in the breakfast

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day.

I stayed here for one night very bad experience its like cheap guest house no cleanliness leakage in bathroom

Food was really good. Stay was terrible- not at all clean at all. Bathroom was quite unhygienic. Never will book again

Location excellent, restaurant pretty good non veg food, standard rooms old, shabby, toilet fittings old and mouldy, no views, not at all value for money, free upgrade given to cottage which is little better than the standard rooms, OK facility provided, staff and management courteous

It's easy to find the location. Rooms are near. The person in the reception is very polite and the supporting staff are helpful. Likes their hospitality

Very nice stay and best hospitality service. Reached at midnight 12:30 and we were welcomed very nicely and staff was available all the time. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Only location is good. rest all terrible including rooms, services, cleanliness, not at all child friendly. property is poorly maintained. Basic facilities were missing in rooms and bathrooms like glass for drinking water, toilet papers, lots of spider webs. Not recommended for stay especially if visiting with kid.
