all over well experienced... but parking facility is poor....there is only good parking for their owners ... having to park car in the sun...

indoor games are not available their.ac &. tv remote are not working properly.i booked deluxe room but it was not like that.also not provide hair comb.i checked out before my check out timing.water of swimming pool was not clean.inshort facilities was not available as per the charges.

Food was super property is very good

No dental kit.. no shaded parking space. Rooms are not clean... Bedsheets and blankets with dirty spots. Even they were not serving regular water if you want to have water you have to spend money.

Hotel and Room was very good but I didn't like swimming pool management...it was not cleaned properly and also need little maintenance.

The resort is good. Staff is cooperative and helping. Overall experience was very nice. The food is amazing here. Must go for it.

The stay was good. We visited this resort for a wedding. Room service and infrastructure is ok ok. If in emergency go for it.

The property was not as expected, the swimming pool was not clean, and the restaurant staff continuously harassed us for food bill payment, it was the wrong policy, total bill should have been taken at the time of checkout. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Found it to be average room is ok food is average tv was not working and despite giving a complaint could not fix it

Worst hotel waste of money no service bed so small smell very bad towel very old room service not available till 10 am unless restaurant get closed no shower gel in bathroom

Tv was not recharged so therefore it was not available, wifi was not provided due to some "technical issues, both life tubes at the pool were broken, room service was extremely late, ordered tea and received it one hour later. Unhygienic place overall. Staff is non cooperative overall

The hotel is located in a nice place on highway & away from city chaos but just 600 meters from food hub. ACs were a problem being slow & bathrooms were smelly. Slow AC & low ventilation is what you can expect. The morning inclusive breakfast was below expectation. Staff was good. It's more of a marriage resort & working hotel for just a night stay.
