Food was not available Location is good Facilities are not up to the mark

It was good decent place staff are polite and good ... basic amenities was there just bit cleaning of bathroom tiles required

The room was smaller that's fine but the bed quality was horrible your small movement also makes a sound that's very disturbing better you take one extra bed and sleep on the floor and the TV which installed that is tilted down that can fall down anytime and the huge amount of dust was accumulated on that, AC was not working. Highly not recommended for couples!!

Approach to hotel was not good, not easily locatable. Room allotted was not good Walls were shabby, room was smelly, not a pleasant stay

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and outstanding service at Banyan Tree Every detail of my stay was thoughtfully taken care of, making it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive—always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and offered every comfort imaginable. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the welcome note and complimentary refreshments. The amenities were top-notch—whether it was the delicious breakfast spread, the relaxing spa, or the perfectly maintained pool, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal too, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. I can’t thank the team enough for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be returning—and recommending it to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

My booking was from previous day and when I come in the morning the room booked was not ready so they gave suit later I had to vacate to go to my booked room. People are nice and friendly.

Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

All services are the best and very affordable cost. Very easy to find hotel from make my trip. Thank you
