Rooms are very darty.. staff beaver are veary bad। Bathroom not properly clean। Room sarvice not available resturant sarvice also not available. All things are broken of the room.ac not running.very bad experience 🫩

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I arrived, it was a nightmare. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. The elevator didnot work, and when I complained, they shrugged it off and did nothing. The food was terrible and overpriced. This hotel was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. I checked out earlier than planned because I simply couldn’t stand another night. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

broken ac with fixed temperature, without ac remote, fan regulator was not working, bathroom was so dirty

When we reached the hotel the room condition was terrible , bed was small and the space of the room was not enough for us.... We are very disappointed and we told this to the hotel maneger but he told ''This is not our mistake , we don't have other room than this... ''. Then , now we are living in different hotel in digha.... They also refuse to return our money..

It is a tribal experience . There is no water in the room,no main door handel, window glass are broken. No mug in bathroom.romm are extremely dirty.service of hotel are extremely bad.it is a horibal Experience

Horrible experience. Our total tour was a complete let down. The pictures of my trip are nothing compared to the reality. The behavior of the hotel staff is appalling. The rooms on the ground floor are extremely unhygienic. Please avoid this hotel.

3rd grade hotel Washroom is too dirty. Room service is too poor. How mmt approved without checking? No exhaust system in Washroom. What is meaning of Super deluxe room? Pls arrange refund

Nice gest house. Staff behavior excellent. Food is so good 👍

The hotel was not worth the price. The AC exhaust fan was placed in the balcony which made the floor wet and slippery. Also another outlet was put above the toilet seat which made people wet while sitting there.

The location is good just near the sea but the room is not good. Toilet not clean & bad smell. Water licking from the tap and commode. The window glass is broken. Food is also not good quality and good taste. Cleanliness also not good

food we r not tried really..just once it is not bad...property's location was soo good I must say...but the hotel rooms are not so good against the charges of the rooms...but overall they are cooperative...I give them 7 on 10..

The washroom is good. But the room and the balcony is not so good. Employees are quite good. But room service is not so good. Overall 6 on 10

The property is in very good location, and staffs are very polite and good. Great for family, friends
