Member 1- Worst stay Ever !!! Host was not even responsible enough to see whether the room is clean or not , what basics should be there ! Please do not visit! Member 2- very bad experience, it was more like a 500 rs room, do not come. Member 3- bhai rehne hi do, 500 extra dedo but shaanti s kahi solo.... photo m har dikhti hui chij, achi ho, ye zaruri nhi haii babumoshaiiii... rehne dena please!!!!! Member 4- I don't understand how this hotel got such a good rating. It doesn't even deserve a 2 star rating. The room and washroom were dirty, not even the hand soap was given. Please spend ₹100-200 extra and you can get a much better room. It was so bad that we cancelled the stay for the next day.

Dirty rooms, unhygienic bedding, foul smell on pillows. At-least hand wash should be provided. Please don’t book.

The experience was horrible and i would say mm t did fraud with us. The room which we book for us was different from room we ask to stay. In picture it was different room but when we reached there we saw dirty room with full of dirty walls washroom with no lock smell like public toilet there was cockroaches. Even the care taker of that property told me that this is our cheapest room.

I traveled with my Family. The overall experience was good. The owner needs to improve some things like found holes in both towels. The geyser was not working properly. The indicator lights of the geyser were not glowing. so I feel some problem. If anyone is looking to watch TV in their spare time . He could watch only Free TV Channels Cleaning was Good But bad thing I noticed that the wardrobe's slab was covered with newspaper. I didn't find any cloth hangers. The location is absolutely near the mall road and the picture palace bus stand but you'll find the vertical height uphill way compared to library chowk bus stand. If you have no problem with this vertical height way then I may be a good choice. Care taker Mr. was polite but some irresponsible, was not present at the time of checkout after calling again and again. Review about amenities. Caretaker - Good but some irresponsible 4 ⭐ Luggage storage - Enough storage, Exterior view was good but interior not good, I didn't find any cloth hangers. 4 ⭐ Balcony - Good enough area to sit with enough chairs. 5 ⭐ Power Backup- I didn't find any problem with power Backup 5 ⭐ Free WI-FI - Yes absolutely free with enough speed.

There is no food service in the hotel and hygiene should be more effective. Location was good and open air comming room.

The stay in the hotel was very good and the services are provided timely. So all in all we all are satisfied with stay in the hotel.

We reached at 12:30 pm and still the rooms were not ready. We had booked rooms about 1 month in advance. Bathrooms were not clean. The doormats at bathroom and room gate were wet and stinking. The towels provided were also wet and used. We stayed there for 2days but it was a struggle to get water also. I later came to know that rhe owner had 6 different properties so this was the neglected property.

Worst worst worst. Please don't book you can find far better properties in the same price. Arrogant owner. Poor services. They clean room only in your presence. Poor food quality.
