The staff was good, Good Food, Ambience was good, good response - immediate resolution

Pathetic, to say the least. Very poor hotel room which was not maintained properly. The property hasn’t been maintained since its inception. Lets start with the door, my door lock wasn’t working and it was evident the lock wasn’t working due to lack of maintenance. The geyser and ac was not woking. The pipelines were clogged and water was coming at snails pace. The white washed room paints has now become great washed. Fan made a creaking noise. Ants and insects were all over the floor. The swimming pool shown in the pictures doesn’t exist anymore. No bananas or eggs were three for breakfast. Only saving grace is the courteous staff. Earnest request to the owners to spent some money in the operations and maintenance. Tourists give you their hard earned money to have a good time with friends and family. We are not expecting 5 star facilities but at this price point please give them the basics.

Location is just beside beach. It's good. Amenities are very poor. Service is good. Break fast is poor.

Hotel ambience and maintenance is not good and worst things bathroom and bed were bad condition did not even stayed for 30 min hotel we have checked out from hotel. Please don't recommend to others

I have stayed there before, a few years ago. At that time it was a wonderful experience, during which we also enjoyed the pool and ayurvedic spa, so decided to celebrate a special occasion there. Location and food is good, but facilities have deteriorated drastically. The service is terrible. No welcome drink, no water bottles, no toleteries or towels provided had to remind 3 times. Fridge in room was rusted, some bathroom fittings broken, taps and showers chocked, mirrors and doors dirty. To top it all, ac stopped working. There is no spa or pool now. The 'spa&resort' title needs to be changed.

Bathrooms were untidy. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Fridge was very dirty. Breakfast quality was okay People are friendly and helpful . They have a good lawn. We checked in late night, they were cooperative and extended our check out time

Well, room itself is not to the level. Leaky and smelly bathroom, poor upkeep, don't believe of change of linens for years together. Poor lighting. Table to work is not existing.

The staff is very well behaved.

Boys was not available. Bed matters springs not good. Hot water was not available night time. Room fragrance not available room landline was not working. Overall worst experience in my trip.

No wifi, not upto the mark. Bathroom was average

Good stay, close to the main city but still a little quiet from general crowd. Right opposite be Emilie Beach. Staff is friendly.

Things we enjoyed are: 1. Location of the resort is far from city traffic. So you will enjoy peace. 2. Swimming pool was a very relaxing experience for my family. 3. Behavior of the staff was cool. Few improvements which is necessary are: 1. Some cottages need maintenance as we saw some roof screens had holes. 2. Squirrels had their way into our cottage and disturbed during sleep. 3. Stairs to roof of the cottages are broken and need repair.

Awesome place at best of the locality in Vizag. Sea beach is right at the doorway of the Resort. Cottages are nice and peaceful. Right place at best rates.

We had a short trip, everything was nice and peaceful atmosphere. Some issues which I felt was with the cost of accommodation, location wise it was not near to beach and also front beach is not for any use, so we had traveled 3-4 kilo meters to get a glance of beaches. Food was good, pool was good. Bathroom should have been better in aspects of cleanliness

Location easily accessible. Food awesome. Rooms clumsy and small. Staff helpful especially guard.
