Baywalk Goa

Baywalk is basically a Large Bungalow converted to a Hotel. It has three Regular Self Contained Double Rooms on the Ground Floor that also houses the Reception & Kitchen as well, two 2 Bedroom Apartments on the 1st Floor with small Private Balconies attached to each Room and one 1 Bedroom Apartment on the 2nd Floor with a Large Private Balcony attached to it. The Ground Floor also has a Large Veranda Area with Tables & Chairs and there is also seating with Tables and Chairs in the Compound. The Kitchen is neat & clean and two local ladies - Varsha and Juliet come in every morning to prepare Breakfast, which is served either in the Veranda or in the Seating Area in the Compound - wherever you prefer. Breakfast in included in the Room Tariff & is freshly prepared and tasty as well. You can choose to have any items for Breakfast from the Menu & it will be promptly prepared fresh & served to you. Both Varsha & Juliet cook well and are very courteous & obliging too, making you feel very much at home. They make good Egg Omelettes, Aloo Parathas, Upma & Poha among other things for a sumptuous Breakfast. If you so desire, you can even use the Kitchen yourself to prepare any special items that you may want to & they will have no issues with the same. They also have a handyman - Ramesh who is an elderly person who lives in the premises & takes care of all your needs, including bringing you any items that you may need, cleaning your room, serving you, attending to any additional requirements that you may have, etc. He too is very polite and obliging and all of them make you feel like you are staying in a lovely Caring House, not a Hotel. The Property is very well maintained & all the rooms are Tastefully Decorated and well maintained. All rooms have a Split AC, LCD TV with Satellite, Mini Fridge, Tea/Coffee Kettle with supplies, Electronic Safe, Cupboard & a Fold-able Clothes Drying Rack as well which is useful to dry clothes that get wet at the Beach. The Decor, Furnishings, Linen, etc are all very good quality and very clean as well. They have a Large Central Solar Water Heater, so you get 24x7 Hot & Cold Water in the Bathrooms, which is very good. The Property is just a 5 minutes walk from the Main Morjim Beach, so it is very conveniently located as well. Parking is however in the small lane outside which though safe, is not very convenient. The first time you drive to the place, you may tend to get a bit confused even with Google Maps, as the Property is located in a small, mud road path off the main road & not so prominently sign posted, but you will get there eventually. For a couple, the 1 Bedroom Apartment on the 2nd Floor (Narmada) is the best, because it is Large & also has a nice Private Balcony as well, affording you good privacy. Unfortunately, there was some minor problem with the AC in this 1 Bedroom Apartment that took a day to be attended to, so we could not have the pleasure of staying there & stayed in one of the Ground Floor Double Rooms (Ganga), which was also good. All in all, a great place to stay at while you are in Morjim, if you are looking for a nice homestay kind of a place which is tastefully furnished & makes you feel totally at home. Certainly a Highly Recommended Place that we will surely patronize again during our next visit to Morjim.

Goa is always a fun place to be and with all the beaches, monuments and parties this city has to offer, there is hardly a thing here that can go wrong, except well, may be, finding a decent place to stay. Most of the places where you can put yourself here are overpriced, crowded or shabby. But Baywalk busts this myth like magic in daylight. First things first - This is not a star rated property but more of a cute villa resort and personally, when in Goa I prefer conventional shacks but more clean and tidy. Location of Baywalk Goa is towards upper north, around 15 mins drive to Vagatore and hour drive to Panjim. Approach road is small lane which is muddy and shoots from the main Morjim Road, however totally reachable by car. Morjim Beach is hardly 200 mts walk and has a turtle nesting site which requires this beach to be sound and light free by 8:30 pm, but it doesn’t restrict tourists to have a walk at any time and if you are lucky enough you might spot a turtle laying eggs as well. Beach witnesses Chapora river joining the sea and some parts of the beach are as good as a private beach even in busy months of Jan. Balwalk, like most of the Baywalk Goas in this area, is basically villa converted Baywalk Goa. Entrance is very welcoming with small plants and decorative pieces that makes you feel happy. As soon as you enter you would be greeted by a smiling face of Ramesh who will go beyond every call of duty to keep you happy. Seriously folks, this guy is a gem and will do everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with king size beds, small kitchen, fridge and balcony. There are sitting areas in open space with tables and chairs for breakfast, dinner or a glass or drink. I liked the collection of mugs these guys have and these are the small things that give this Baywalk Goa a very classy feel. I can't think of a drawback with this place except may be one area that this place doesn't have a restaurant. While they do serve breakfast and basic lunch, after that you have to pretty much rely on restaurants outside which are fun as well. So go ahead and chose this place for a memorable Goa trip, I am sure you wont regret. Enjoy.

Baywalk Goa is located just about 5 minutes walk from the main Morjim Beach in North Goa and is an Excellent Home-stay Type of Villa with 6 Large, Well Furnished Rooms. They have 3 Double Bed Rooms on the Ground Floor named Saraswati, Yamuna & Ganga, with Saraswati being the largest & Ganga being the smallest. On the first floor, they have 2 two Bedroom Apartments called Kaveri & Godavri, both of equal size and both having two separate Double Bed Rooms, a Kitchen & Balcony. On the second floor, they have a single 1 Bedroom Apartment with a Kitchen, Double Bed Room & a Balcony. All the Rooms are Large, Air-conditioned & Well Furnished and have a Mini Fridge + Electric Kettle with supplies to make Tea/Coffee. The Beds are Large & Comfortable and the Bed-sheets, Blankets, Towels, Linen, etc are clean and of good quality. There is a Large Veranda on the Ground Floor with Tables & Chairs to have your Breakfast which is prepared in the Kitchen, also on the Ground Floor. There is also a Pool Table & Tables/Chairs in the Compound to sit at & relax. Swati the Manager lives on the premises and ably supervises all activities to ensure that all rooms are properly maintained and good service is provided to all guests. Ramesh the Caretaker also lives on the premises and takes care of all the Guests requirements willingly and is very obliging. Varsha & Juliet are local staff who are there the whole day manning the Reception, preparing Breakfast & efficiently attending to other chores as well. All the staff are very well trained and make the guests feel welcome and completely at home. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is limited road side parking in the small lane outside. There is no Restaurant, but there are several good places to eat at in Morjim. Baywalk Goa is indeed an Excellent place to stay at in Morjim at reasonable rates with Service that is Truly Memorable.

Nice spacious rooms (we had a double bedroom with a balcony). Staff is courteous, specially Mr. Ramesh who looks after all you need during your stay. The breakfast service was quite slow, maybe because it was a long weekend. We had to order the breakfast and wait for about an hour on both the days to get it. The food was average and could've been better. Also, there's no restaurant, so no lunch or dinner without prior order at least a few hours before. The property is close to the beach, but quite inside from the main road and difficult to find initially. Coming back from the beach after dark can be tricky due to complete darkness along the way. There are no amenities, as this is a standalone villa.

We stayed here for 3 days in Nov 2018. The property is very close to Morjim beach (by walk 4-5 mins to beach). It is located in peaceful and calm location. I stayed in Yamuna room, which was clean and spacious. Caretaker is very polite and helpful, he takes care of guests and make their stay comfortable. Two ladies come to cook breakfast everyday, the breakfast is very tasty and homely. You can choose from menu what you would like to have for breakfast night before. Owner is very polite, and nice to talk to. If someone is planning to stay near Morjim beach, then Baywalk is the right place. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

Location is next to Morjim beach, 200 meters away. Well maintained property and spacious rooms. Nice hosts Swathi, Ramesh, Varsha Rane, Juliet. Swathi was very helpful in arranging cab and bike for the commute. This level of service is needed when we travel to a place like Goa when most of the common pain points are taken care of. I traveled with my 2-year-old daughter and they were accommodative of most requests like using the kitchen. No in-house restaurant, that was a big negative otherwise would have given a 5-star rating on all parameters. Overall a good place to stay as long as you are okay with no in-house restaurant.

Near morjim bus stop, Perfect Baywalk Goa very good breakfast amazing owners, ramesh the helper was very helpful so was the lady which cooked us fresh hot breakfast according to our taste, it was like living in a 5 star paying for a guest house. Everyday rooms were cleaned spotless, huge rooms with balcony, sorry that I can't make a single negetive point 2 mins bike ride from Morjim beach, 5 mins from ashvem, away from the hustle and bustle yet near to everything I have to pick something, the lane from the main road is not concrete so might be an issue during monsoons though I didn't stay during that time

This is my third visit to Goa and to Baywalk, and it has been a pleasant stay always. Ideal for people who is looking for having a peaceful time. Morjim beach is just 2 minus walk away. The reason which makes me want to keep on coming to Baywalk is because of the staff and the hospitality which I receive. Ramesh who looks after complete residential makes sure your stay is comfortable. He is very hard-working, polite and jolly person with whom you will love to interact. Manager swati and Ramesh both were very co-operative during our 4 days stay.

Everything was good and clean. Ramesh is helpful in all, waiting for another stay here.
A person called Ramesh is helped and guided well, he is the one who voluntarily asks for any help required from his side, he arranged me two wheeler for rent at the Baywalk Goa with one litre petrol, he guided best place for shopping.

The complimentary breakfast was provided in the villa. There were no activities arranged by this villa. The check in and checkout was done on time. The appearance of the villa was good I had visited this villa with my family.

Excellent place. Nice atmosphere. The place is really near to Morgim Beach. The Baywalk Goa staff is so friendly and they where good for service. Nice place to rest. Family and couples can also live over there without hesitation.

Must say that this is very pretty Baywalk Goa in walking distance of the Morjim beach. The Baywalk Goa is clean very well decorated and serves good breakfast. The person who care takes this Baywalk Goa is a very gentleman and helpful too. Last but not the least the Baywalk Goa has one pet dog and a puppy who are very much adorable and fun to your stay. Will surely visit back don't forget to visit Sam's pub nearby the Baywalk Goa.

Overall the stay in the Baywalk Goa was memorable.
Rooms were neat and clean. The staff was very co-operative.

Very calm and peaceful place for those who want to stay far away from noise pollution. Nd Mr. Ramesh has given very excellent services.
Very good resort to stay in Goa if you want to leave at calm and noise free place.

Well managed bungalow, good caretakers (Ramesh) and nice quite neighborhood with walking distance beach, which can also surprise you with olive ridley sea turtle at night if you are lucky enough.

Baywalk is a good homestay type. Breakfast was amazing and was served in time.Quick services was provided by Ramesh and Swati for renting the bike and taxi. Ramesh is a care taker there who is quick with service. Overall the experience was great with baywalk,the only thing missing was a swimming pool,but worth a stay.

Location was good as it was near beach, room services was good. Hotel was neat and clean. But there is no any swimming pool, it may be necessary in this price range. So I assume that this is too much costly as compared to others.

Baywalk was absolutely a perfect match to our search in Goa. As we were travelling with family the place is just like.
