Beach Heaven Surathkal

Rooms were spacious, clean & well maintained. The lift was out of service 2 out of 4 days. Staff were helpful but a bit slow to respond to our requests. Did not try food as everything was very pricey. Several small restaurants around which can be accessed if u have a vehicle. Location was excellent. The property allows bachelors and being right next to nitk, lot of students come here to party and create disturbance for other guests. We had such neighbors who partied till 6am! the Beach Heaven Surathkal management should either aim for bachelors or families not both, especially during long or festival weekends.

Traveled with my son for admission to nitk. Excellent location 5 min walk from nitk. Cleanliness 5/5, friendly staff 5/5. Only feedback is there were 2 people occupying the room but they gave only 1 water bottle per day. The place being humid and hot at-least a bottle per person is essential. Another feedback is there is no breakfast provided which is fine but at-least morning tea/coffee per person should be made complimentary. Or at-least provide kettle, tea bags and water for making tea as this is a service apartment.

Beach haven is A good place to stay if are looking forward to accommodate in beach sides of Mangalore. Good service and good communication from the staff makes u happier. You can choose suites rooms and service appartment which are cleanly maintained. beach is only 300 meters walkable distance from the property and all 3 beaches are near. we stayed 11 people comfortably in 3 rooms for a day everyone had a good experience. overall it was a good experience....

Feedback : the Beach Heaven Surathkal should reduce the fare as there is no food included.

Beach heaven is an excellent place due to its accessibility from the national highway. The rooms are very spacious and comes with a hall and pantry section. The staff is very good and customer oriented. The property is new and very clean. The owners are also very good and personal interest in serving the guests. There is a restaurant which is newly opened and serves delicious food.

The location is very unique, on the highway very close to nitk. Beach is within walking distance. Rooms are well kept. Manager and staff all are very courteous. Space is good, the drawing room provided serves a lots of purpose. Overall a wonderful l experience. Yes, they can also arrange for cabs to and from mangalore airport.

The Beach Heaven Surathkal was near nit k where i had to go and the location was easy for transportation. The places to go eat were also very near while the beach is walkable distance. The host was very friendly and warming while the staff were very helpful. Service was excellent and the rooms very big and clean.

Amazing place with very nice restaurent attached to Beach Heaven Surathkal. The staff is very friendly, supportive. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean. You can definitely come here with family, the bed may be small to sleep with 2 kids but you can adjust and sleep

Service apartments were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Very close to red rock beach and the highway.

Great place to stay. They provide a private living room along with a bedroom, washroom, mini fridge, oven and hot kettle. The restaurant below has nice food but a bit pricey. Location wise, lies just beside nit surathkal campus(15 minutes by walk, next to national highway 66.

the ma'am who hosted us was very warm and well behaved..really liked her..plain dosa is very tasty here.. ☺️

Everything about this service apartment is amazing. The hosts especially are so hospitable, kind and accomodating. We enjoyed the place the food and their kindness!

Beach heaven is on the highway and 300mt walking from rock beach where sunset can be enjoyed. Rooms were spacious and had a living room kind of bhk apartment. Utensils were not provided but were being arranged on request. It was a clean apartment and the staff was polite.

Beach heaven is a very good place to stay for family and smaller groups. Their service is very good and restaurant quality is very good. Owners are customer friendly and could speak in many languages. Overall very good reasonable stay and food experienced.

The stay was very comfortable. Ms. Veena took very good care of us and ensured that all our needs were met. She was always just a phone call away. The property was clean and hygienic. Close to the beach. Good facilities. Definitely recommend to stay here!
