Beach Heaven Villa

We had a fantastic experience at beach heaven villa stay. There are multiple things that makes this villa better than others. 1. Warm welcome at the property with complementary tea, coffee or juice. 2. Villa has ample space for kids to play and roam around. 3. Cleanliness of shared spaces 4. Rooms are big in size with attached balcony. It has all the things that any 4 star Beach Heaven Villa can provide. I was very much satisfied with cleanliness of rooms. 5. Smart tvs in all rooms gives a flexibility to watch content of your choice. 6. We ordered dal and rice for my son for dinner. Even after insisting, they did not charge us for same as it was for kid. It was a nice gesture. 7. Morning tea and coffee was complementary 8. Swimming pool is very clean. (we did not use it though as we didn’t had enough time) it also has sitting area beside pool. 9. Best thing mentioning at the last. Staff behavior- all the caret takers were very much helpful and polite. They made our stay more comfortable. Location wise, it’s at a walking distance from nandgao beach. Beach is clean and quiet. It doesn’t have any food shacks or water activities etc.

If you are looking for a place near beach which has clean and hygienic rooms, home made tasty authentic maharashtrian food, swimming pool then this is the place for you. We stayed for 2 days and it was quite relaxing. The caretakers are very warm, polite and humble, they made us feel comfortable and made all the necessary arrangements. The food was very tasty. You can have authentic maharashtrian veg & non veg food. They serve in thali system or you can order separately. Prior order for food should be given as they make food as per the request. For breakfast they have set menu. They were quite generous while serving the food and took proper care that no guest is left unsatisfied. The swimming pool is clean and has seating area. The villa has clean and tidy rooms, the bathrooms are clean. It has some games like carrom and mini air hockey. The villa looks huge in pictures. It has limited play material for children. The surrounding is not that huge as there not much place to roam around. The environment of this villa is very positive and relaxing. Overall a big fat thumbs up to this villa, its owners and caretakers.

We were a group of 4 families with kids who had come to this place. The place is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The first thing we see in the room is how clean the washroom is and we were not disappointed. Everything was spic and span. The food options are limited and you have to inform in advance but the food is very tasty and homely. The service is also very good. Special mention to mr. Pankaj who made sure our stay was comfortable. The female staff is also very courteous and patient. The beach is also hardly 5 minutes walk away. Overall zero complaints. People should definitely give this place a shot.

Stay at villa was wonderful experience for me and my family. Location is quite, property lookes newly built with swimming pool in its backyard. Staff took good care of everything and at the end would like to mention that vegetarian food during dinner was very nice and would recommend people to opt for dinner at Beach Heaven Villa at-least one time instead of trying outside as it's hygienic and you can enjoy your meal peacefully without any hurry. This is nice villa with 8 very comfortable rooms in nandgaon village, some 45 minutes from alibaug. The host/manager is extremely polite and eager to please. Anything you want, he will try best to provide. There's a mid sized pool and the water was just perfect. This villa is a ten minute walk from a nice clean beach. Thankfully it doesn't get very crowded and commercialized.

Thank you so much for hosting us. We loved the place. Entire villa was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming!! Special points to them. We ran late for checkout because of our kids and they were cooperative with us. Definitely we would be recommending this place to our peers and look forward to visiting again. ☺️

I searched this property and found good ratings. So i preferred to choose this property to stay. The rooms and property are good and the property staff are polite. They are well maintained and have a hygienic environment. The location is also very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food they provide is also good and tasty. But it is too expensive.

Overall the stay was good. The place was good. Although the rooms needs to be cleaned a little more frequently as there were spider webs at many places. The staff was humble and helpful. The food served was good and homely. Would recommend this stay. Thank you

The property is very good and well maintained. It is far from alibagh beach but trust me you will find the beach near this property is less crowded or peaceful. This property serve homemade food but we missed it and we regret about it afterwards. This property is well maintained and rooms are much bigger than what we expect. Must visit.

This place was calm and peaceful. Perfect location for stay besides beach. Well maintained and hygiene. Food was really nice. Less crowded. Beach was at walking distance. And kashid beach is around 12-15 min, same as murud. This place is centrally located between kashid and murud.

The place is very close to a quiet and peaceful beach. The vibe of the property is amazing. They only allow couples and families, no male groups making it feel safer and quiet.

Great place, amazing pool, if not for the view, come for the amazing thali prepared by the cook. 10/10 - I paid for the property, but definately deserves -2500
