They must improve room services, cleanliness, in-house RO water and overall service. Food was good.

I stayed for one night. First of all if I talk about hygiene of course it is not up to the mark. The room was average and especially if I speak about the in house restaurant services it was very pathetic and charges are comparatively very high in order to food quality and hotel staff were asking for tips during check in and check out

The service was good. But the price of the hotel could have been a bit less and refundable. The pool was not that big.

Really good. The behavior of all staff is cooperative. It is near the sea beach. Lift service is available. The meal is good. Security guard is available

Me and my family members all plan to visit Digha I chose Beach Point Hotel but when I checked in I found lots of stains on Bed Sheets and the night staffs are very rude No one on reception only one security guard sitting on reception and other one I don't know his designation but he was drunk. When my father requested one extra blanket they started arguing with my father even they tried to fight with me.

worst hotel ever i stay,swimming size is very very small,not a swimming pool,room string,blanket and pillow cover is not good

It was my worst experience, they will close the lift at 3:30pm to 5Pm. Very very small swimming pool. They will serve you dispenser water as a complimentary.room washroom and blanket was smelling like yak 🤮 please never choose this hotel, I was booked for 2 days but i leave the 1st day.
