Beach Residency

The atmosphere is very good in the hotel and maintenance is very good. The staff is very supportive and also said what all places we have to visit. The location is very easy to find and very safe to stay.

Very small room but good and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. There is a small hangout area in the ground floor which is designed as a cafe and you can get free coffee or tea there’s unlimited, you just have to prepare it yourself. There was 24hrs hot water supply. Parking is available. I had a minor bathroom waste leakage into the room and also bathroom was also too small but neat and clean. Property location is good and close to Pambalam beach. Overall it was a stay and I will visit again if needed.

There was no wifi , housekeeping , room service.

This may be good for budget travellers, small rooms without much ventilation. The floors sweat if you dont use AC. Hotel has very strict policy on having guests in you room- its banned- which i didnt like at all. Overall felt like a hostel.

The experience was good. The room was compatible for a 2 person share.. the room was clean and tidy.. washroom was good.. 1.4 kms away from the 4th platform exit of railway station. Complimentary tea will be provided. Over all good experience

3rd floor room too humid can't sleep. Very hot and humid inside room. Fan is not enough. Otherwise room is nee t and clean. Nice location. Good staff
