Beach Residency

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The location is perfect, offering convenient access to both local attractions and essential amenities, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. The food was absolutely delightful, with a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail, and the quality consistently exceeded my expectations. The amenities and services were exceptional. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything i needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met, which truly enhanced the overall experience. In summary, i highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay. I look forward to the opportunity to return in the future!

The place does say no alcohol, noticed ( future guests) few guys drinking right in the lobby or the waiting area, fortune these guys where enough to be decent. The place is safe for family, well lit corridors and most of the places. Make your own drink - anytime coffee or tea this was a really good experience, the hot water dispenser with milk powder, sugar and tea bags/ coffee sachets helped in having a great family time. Three family at the same time, thanks for the gesture, usually people end up stuck at their own rooms. Good private free parking lot which could accommodate few cars. The service guys was good and responsive. Thank you guys. Rooms are decent, but i did ask them to change the bed sheets as it had hair stuck to sheet. Towels hmm. Not so happy. Rest rooms are clean and decent. A/c was good, no one can complain on the chillness wish for remote to control them.

Great location excellent staff clean and comfortable welcoming Beach Residency from the beginning they treated me with great consideration for my needs. There was a faulty powerpoint so they quickly gave me a better room. I arrived too early but they were happy to allow me to enter the room without penalty before check-in time. The constant feeling i had was complete concerned for my contentment and welfare while i stayed here. You cannot ask more from Beach Residency. I stayed for a number of nights and i was constantly satisfied with my choice. They even provide a courtesy tea and coffee bar down in the foyer and of course even though there’s no restaurant they will allow you to make bookings for food to be delivered i cannot recommend more highly excellent service and attitude

We loved the stay at beach residency. We were three women. Staff were friendly. It is a budget Beach Residency so not many amenities and it was good for us. Locality was good. Walking distance to the beach and savitha film city. Easy access to autos. On request the Beach Residency also booked us a cab for our trip to parassini kadavu temple. Overall it was a good experience.

This is no doubt one of the best place to stay when in kannur. Be it the cleanliness, the hospitality, the service, the location just enjoyed the stay. Around 1 km walk to payyambalam beach. Good connectivity too.

Rooms are small but clean with clean toilets. Tea coffee available for self service and the location is good with many restaurants on the main road.

Good ambience and well maintained recidency and mainly the staffs are friendly if you are couple or family you can choose beach recidency✅

The rooms and toilets are clean, but the room is compact. There is common area to make tea coffee and parking is available.

Good experience. Pleasant stay, staff behaved well enough parking space. They arranged coffee & tea packets at the lounge we can make our own coffee or tea

The ambience is really quiet and calm always rooms are kept neat and clean. Staffs are very well mannered. Surely recommending this to others.
