Very good stay.. You get everything u need in nearby surroudings... 2 things to take care of- 1) Dont consider this as pool villa as there is common pool between 10 villas and that too averagely maintained 2) Carry odomos.. some rooms are full with mosquitoes due to greenery all around.

The location is excellent. The Villa is good too with some beautiful paintings. Some minor issues can be taken care of. For example, the dustbin was broken in the kitchen. Water bottles were very old--I bought new ones for my family. The back area was not kept clean. The underside of beds and balconies weren’t cleaned till asked for. The pool is not cleaned regularly and had tiles chipping off. The entry to the group of villas was not cleaned or maintained or well lit, making it not easy to walk back at night. The caretaker Varun and Roshan were very responsive and helpful--they responded asap. It was easy to get food delivered at the Villa.

Wonderful villa, good and very co-operative staff. Overall experience of the locality was very good. Close to the beach yet privacy was maintained.

We had been to this villa on 15th december. It was a good interior place and just a few steps to the beach. The staff was very good especially the care taker himanshu ( very sincere and polite) overall a very good stay

groupThe stay was comfortable, rooms were clean overall a good stay near the beach. This is in candolim area with lot of eateries nearby with both veg and non veg options. There is a grossery store nearby which comes handy if u intend to cook in the functional kitchen in this bungalow

The villa is awesome and well decorated. Location is also good and few minutes walk to beach. Only thing to keep in mind that swimming pool is a common pool among all the villa's and not inside c9 villa property. They have staff who looks after our stay and makes sure we are comfortable. Good for friends with couple and/or group of frineds who wants to stay near to beach in a good villa.

This villa is awesome and we liked it so much. All are very near for access like beach, shops. Resturant. Its very safe and host is very helpful to us. Candolime is always my favorite place and this villa make it more beautiful stay
