stayed 10/5/25 to 11/5/25 with my family. Location is very good, staffs are also good and helpful. room service is very good but this is a very old property and lack of maintenance is there. AC is an old one and after a late check in(5.45pm) they think that ac filter should be cleaned accordingly there repeatedly entered the room and done the work which is very much disturbing (almost one hour they work) , Blankets are dirty and the way to washroom is dangerous always you have to be careful enough. overall this is very average hotel regarding amenities in this price.

Food is excellent and location is on one of the biggest shopping centers of Kolkata. Very cooperative staff, especially Dilip babu. Complimentary tea

Room spacious and bath is neat and clean. But no lift and hotel in first floor. Location prominent on main road but again difficult to find as located in narrow alley no board in main road.

Bedouin guest house has their in built bedouin years old restaurant too. We ordered food from there, must say it was pretty amazing in taste. Although they had some issues with the door lock. The room got locked twice like an auto lock. But there wasn't any auto lock on the door. Staffs were well behaved. )

A perfect home away from your home. The people are amazing. They make you feel like home. Rooms are cozy and perfect. They're cleaned everyday. They offer complimentary rea every morning. Staff is very friendly and always available for help.

Hotel is very close to gariahat market. Good staff with nice behaviour. Restaurant is excellent.

We booked room for 2 nights, but left after 1 night. Plus points: very good location to access gariahat. Very calm room. Very gentle and helpful staffs. Negative points: ac did not work. We were forced to spend night in another room! water heater did not work at all. Very old building, furniture. Rat was roaming inside the room. Not worthy of such high tatiff.

Average hotel for staying room looking good

Stay was comfortable with friendly staff and delicious food. Only thing that would make it nicer is a fridge and a bottle of mineral water in room.
