Bell Vue Cottages| Mountain-view Rooms

At first the location is pretty amazing, you wake up in the morning and can see a beautiful sunrise from the hearts of mountain. We stayed there for 2 nights, the food was amazing, staff was very co-operative. And we will give 5 star ratings for food, cleanliness and hygiene a must visit place if you are visiting patni top

Great property, peaceful location and the cook there is amazing

Actually this was a home but now it has been converted into hotel. So if you are going with very high hopes then please think twice. Rooms are just ok but small. Internet was not working, tv was not operational. No basic amenities in rooms like almirah, wardrobe, dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit etc. You have to keep your clothes either on side table or chair. Food is fine but the care taker is very slow. I had to give wake up call to serve tea in the morning. On the last day i had to skip my brake fast because the care taker did not prepare the food as per the schedule given to him and i had to catch my flight from jammu. I had to leave empty stomach. So if you are going for ease, where everything can be taken with ease, including your meals then choice is yours. Good for casual people who want to have casual stay.

Bell vue cottages are one of the best property in patnitop. The view from there is awesome especially in winters. The quality of food is good & overall the property is clean.

Very nice location, great mountain view, especially sun rise. Rooms are neat n clean. Clean washroom. Food will be good and taste just like home.

We stayed 4 a night & wish we could stay more as the location of the property was very nice. Our stay was comfortable & we found the rooms and washrooms clean. The only feedback i would like to share is the kitchen as we ordered breakfast at 09:00 am and rcvd it at 11am. Kitchen service was bit delayed. Otherwise the owner and mr sunil were very helpful during our stay.

It was a pleasent stay with good staff, good view from the garden. Location is right on the main road. We ordered bbq at night and it was good. Propetry is very good where everything is of good quality.

We stay 3 night at Belle vue. n my experience was great. food was good n room service is too good. Mr Neeraj & Vijay is very helpful for guiding. they have a strong contact with local transportation and other services. rooms are good and clean. n no need to use AC n all. thanks to Belle vue for such a wonderful time I’ll visit again.

Very pleasant stay, calm and relaxing stay good staff having helpful l behaviour quality and fresh food.

They have two nice cottages, place is neat and clean with nice view and serve homely food, staff is good. One cottage is better which i booked but got the other one which do not have any view from room so while booking pls ensure you book and reconfirm for 1st cottage which is better

Internet issue, noise from street, and possibly security issues

I stayed here for 2 days and i loved the vibe here. It was so calm and peaceful that i can’t describe. And the food was great here.

The property was well maintained but the food items were costly and also the property charges were more than the value.

Very well managed property with amazing freshly cooked food. The rooms, linen were amazingly clean and hygienic. Worth staying there.

Excellent hospitality. Amazing food. They have there own farms also where they grow seasonal vegetables. I went with my family and it was a peaceful stay with amazing view. Home made food was excellent.
