Bellagio Rezidencia | 1 BHK Apartment

I am gonna give serious feedback to both the apartment people and the future guest pros 1) highly safe 2) very nice location 3) comfortable apartment 4) supportive staff cons 1) they have some rigidity in gym accessibility, i have some health issues due to which gym is very necessary for me, on vacation either i can do gym before going out or after coming back but their timings are very bad they start giving access from 10am to 7pm, this i found really uncomfortable either they should open it early morning like 6-7 or at-least close little more late, so that is my very important feedback to the apartment host 2) i saw some insects in the bathroom so try to at-least do pest control once a year and try to start house keeping lilo early because as a customer i was not at all comfortable in giving my keys, and cleaning in my absence. 3) replace or at-least repair the cable machine in gym because it was so rusty and can break anytime which can cause injury to the user. Final- its a good and affordable stay make sure take your own bedsheets and comforters because their one has stains on it.

Building is newly constructed well maintained in prime location. Calangute beach is just 10 min from the apartment. We have freedom to cook our own food as all basic utensils are present in kitchen. Hyegine is good. Swimming pool is clean and very well. Maintained. I will reccomond it to friends and families. The only thing i realised was service staff is less. Hence they dont attend calls. That can be improved. Another incidence is my room key remianed outside and i got locked inside the room. I could the security from gallery. I called him pols open my door. He replied he can come inside Bellagio Rezidencia | 1 BHK Apartment premises. My job is to stat @ entrance gate only. I called reception but again not recieved call. Finally i called one of my friend residing in adjuscent room. And then he opened the door. But i was suprise about such weir-ed behavior od security and strange rule of Bellagio Rezidencia | 1 BHK Apartment for security and that too when person in emegency situation. Except these two incidences rest is good. Stay was excellent. Thank you

Pros: well maintained apartment. The rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Adequate parking available. Staff was helpful and friendly. All facilities available near by - good Bellagio Rezidencia | 1 BHK Apartments, grocery stores and all can be found at walkable distance. Cons: beach is a bit far by walk certainly at night times as there is no adequate light on the way. The 1bhk balconies were small and there was no facility to dry the clothes. Kitchen was ok. Not much utensils (just the 3) and few plates, cups, spoons and forks. Maybe the time i visited. But, i faced a lot of power cuts during my stay(may'23. Even though back up was there, ac was not functioning which made it a bit hot inside. Overall, i would recommend this place especially if traveling with family with kids (i traveled with my 2 year old) as having a kitchen is helpful and there are good places apart from beach to go sight seeing.

We booked 2 one bhk apartments with kitchen facility since kids were travel-ling with us. We enquired about the property and specially kitchen in advance before booking and we were confirmed that certain additional utensils will be made available to us such as a pressure cooker, belan for making rotis and patila to cook rice. Most of the things were provided to us except few which was later provided. So cooking went well for us. Hotel rooms were very clean but we found some mosquitoes. We asked for mortein machine or similar which was denied, so we bought one refill and machine pack from a nearby shop. Hotel staff is quick, prompt and very friendly, except one which we didn't like, but never got another chance to deal with him as all the requirements were fulfilled. There are grocery shops, restaurants at walking distance and car parking is also available. Overall a good stay !

I stayed for 6nights with family. Clean rooms. Not all rooms are pool facing and not all have balconies either. I got room without pool view and without balcony. They have some weird rules of not allowing visitors to rooms. Not sure why. Swimming pool timing are limited to 9-6 only. Advice: dont book cars bike from guy as-him in apartment. He charge extra to cover his commission and eventually book from outside only. We saved 1000rs on thar booking per. Day when booked directly. Ask him to give you number of person providing vehicle or take from someone else. One problem is its 2. 5-3km from calungute and candolim. And baga is 4-5 km. Premises is clean and safe. Rooms are decent size. Cleaning happen only once a day and no request to clean again is accepted. So few weird rules like these but if you get it less than 4k per night then its worth.

We got the 3rd floor room in the top corner. Initially we were disappointed as the rooms in the fotos are different than wht we got. The kitchen in foto was a long kitchen, but we got a small sized kitchen. We wanted a room with balcony but those rooms are not advertised on mm t and price is 4. 5k per night. Would have loved to at-least have that option. Anyways, the room was good in terms of privacy as it was top corner. No one overlooking inside rooms, like it is with the pool facing rooms. The pool was a big dissappointment for me and my daughter. There was too much chlorine which was making the eyes burn, so we went to pool just 1 day out of our 6 days stay. Service is good, you ask anything as you will get it. Very close to all eateries and supermarket and beach, but equally peaceful. Will love to visit again.

It’s an excellent property. Location, hygiene, safety wise it’s very good. It’s a serviced apartment so restaurant and room service are not available. But the apartments have fully equipped kitchen with utensils, gas stove, refrigerator and water purifier. Caretaker is available from 8am - 11pm. Swimming pool is small but it’s clean and well maintained. Many restaurants and shops are at a walkable distance (200-300 meters. Many bike and car rentals are available nearby. Caretaker helps you get a taxi if required. Caretaker also looks after property’s common kitchen. (i did not ask for any services from common kitchen so not sure about them, but i got a water bottle from there which was chargeable. They provide 2 small water bottles per day in the apartment free of cost) overall a very good experience!

Hi. I stayed at the property with my better half and 2 year old kid. Prior to booking the property, i was a bit skeptical after going through the reviews. However, i won’t be exaggerating if i say that it was a home away from home. I stayed in 1 bhk for 04 days on 3rd floor and it was a proper 1 bhk and not just for the name sake. The best part of the property was kitchen and bathroom. They provided all the amenities along with all the utensils. The bedroom was very spacious. The staffs were very supportive and well behaved. Last but not the least, if you are the person who can’t compromise with cleanliness, well certainly you are not going to be diaappointed. Also, i got the rental bikes and cars just outside my property at nominal rates. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Easy availability of bikes and taxis just outside the gate. 6. Midway between calangute and candolim - but a bit of distance to travel. Walking down from beach can be tiresome. One needs a bike 7. Wheelchair friendly 8. The only thing missing was one time supply of tea supply, detergent, dish washing liquid. They should offer at least one time. Later one can go and buy from the nearby shop. 9. The property is just in between calangute market area and most of the things are easily accessible. These are service apartament which are absolutely clean and pleasant to stay. Few amenities are already given for the kitchen which is great. Overall no disturbance here and a great stay.

Awesome place, very neat and clean, good ambiance, proper car and two wheeler parking, good service they have to start food service also and require basic things like shampoo, body lotion ect. Otherwise the overall rating is 5 value for money

This place is in a very prominent location. Restaurants and general stores are very nearby. Calangute, condolim, baga beach is nearby. The room was clean. Lots of light. Staff is very supportive. Very good place for long stays.

I just loved the stay & my view has been changed after this stay in goa i loved it n we only stayed for 1 1/2 day so i regret it but everything was beautiful nothing to complain about!

New property you can use kitchen for cooking all utensils are available property is very clean and staff are good

The stay was comfortable. Special thanks to mr. George who arranged a perfect cab and his valuable advise saved us not only money but was extremely comfortable while traveling to dud h sagar and karwar. Mr. George the property incharge is a perfect gentleman and extremely helpful.
