BelleVue Boutique Homestay

Pros: 1. It's a well maintained old building in a great location 2. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable 3. The private garden is nice and well maintained. 4. Co-operative staff cons- 1. They still use old spring mattresses and pillows which are not really comfortable. They can be replaced with memory foam mattress 2. There is no kettle in the room. In this kind of weather, we should be able to heat the water easily. 3 house keeping person is not present at the property all the time. In case we need something, we have to roam around looking for him.

The rooms are as shown in the pictures, with a beautiful garden and the view from the garden is so beautiful. This place is located behind the coonoor junction restaurant. It's easy to reach here. It's not a BelleVue Boutique Homestay, it's a homestay, don't expect a BelleVue Boutique Homestay like facilities. You need to do all the work by yourself like filling water, warming your water, getting the plates from the kitchen etc, and being self dependent.

Bellevue property is located very near to coonoor bus stand. Rooms are very neat and you can occupy the garden area for camp fire and barbeque stuffs. It will be a perfect stay for family. Care taker are polite and helpful. Overall nice stay. Only drawback is you need to wait long for hot water. Cos it's operating via solar.

Had a great time at bellevue, coonoor. Check in was easy and the caretaker was there to welcome us. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and upto the mark. The manager, ha-rub did constant checks to see if we were comfortable and required any assistance. Would definitely recommend!

Location was good, centrally located. Amenities were not much at the property but you can go outside the property and enjoy. Services were also good.

It was a brilliant stay, the room and the view was fantastic. They have a shared kitchen also so we can cook there. The room was spacious and clean. 24hrs hot water is avaliable. The caretaker raju was helpful.

This is good stay and views are very beautiful from there also very close to few good restaurants and tourist spots. Property also very good with minimum required facilities.

An excellent homestay with spectacular view of Coonoor town and mountains, we had a great time. You can have your bonfire and bbq prepared by raju your personal butler. Swiggy delivery is available so it’s the perfect location.

I recently visited ooty and conoor with my family and booked bellevue, it has an incredible view and the people working there are very helping and polite.
