Benale International

It was a nice stay in benale international. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean & hygiene. The staff was polite and helpful. The problems are they did not serve north indian food in breakfast like poha, pratha etc. Also there's a connectivity issue as you can't get rikshaw or taxi from the gate of the Benale International. You have to walk a km to get it. Overall it's worth staying in benale.

The location is great. All staff are very good. The rooms are decent. Bathroom door needs fixing. I had stayed for 2 nights in #207. Breakfast spread is decent. Only housekeeping needs to buckle up. Torn bath towels of different colours and designs are given, which is unexpected. Have shared pics of bath towels so that the senior management realizes the need to infuse one type new bath towels.

A great place to stay in the center of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Benale International is very close to the railway station and bus stand so it is easily accessible. The staff are very courteous and service is good. Food options are good and tasty. The breakfast spread is also good. Overall had a very good stay and experience.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, Great food and amenities which included parking in the basement of Benale International, good housekeeping, neat spacious room and bathroom with good furniture, curtains, etc.

Fabulous place to stay here. Breakfast and restaurant were superb. The room towels are very pathetic and look very old. Should furnish the door and washroom cupboard because of its damages. Rest all are good

Hotel near to Railway station and local sight seeing within budget. we went for Theyyam and enjoy 2 days stay with good food even we are vegetarians. The Lunch can enjoy for a reasonable charge

Pleasure to stay here. Staffs are very helpful & the atmosphere is also good. well maintained all rooms.

Every thing is excellent considering the cost also, but the tiles in bathrooms are highly slippery and if not careful may cause serious injuries. So be careful when booking for senior citizens.
