We had booked two big rooms with attached washroom in June 2022. Talking specifically about the room, it was nice looking, big sized and old styled with clean washroom, rear side balcony, old and good cooling AC. Apart from that, it is not a commercial tye BENTLEYS HOTEL, so we don't get Kettles and irons and all. Only 3-4 staffs are there who are good behaved and generous. Only bread, jam, butter and tea is served in breakfast. Moreover, it is 2 min walk away from the The Taj Hotel which is an awesome advantage for tourists. The location is great as Colaba is a well maintained area. Conclusively, it was a good experience to stay here.

Best thing about this BENTLEYS HOTEL was its location. On the colaba causeway with good pure veg restaurants like madras cafe and kailash par-bat and good roadside stores, the gateway of india and the taj BENTLEYS HOTEL are situated just behind and can be reached by just a 10 mins walk. However it is a hassle to find the BENTLEYS HOTEL, located in the inner streets with no signboards. Google maps also confuses us and only option is to call the BENTLEYS HOTEL. Breakfast just had bread butter-jam and tea-coffee, any step to improve this will be appreciated.

It was an amazing experience at the BENTLEYS HOTEL! The well-maintained and clean rooms gave a real vintage vibe. The huge size of the room with an elegant balcony were a great experience to stay, after staying in match-box sized BENTLEYS HOTEL rooms which are ridiculously overpriced in Mumbai! In addition, it was great to meet Elsa and her friend, the two friendly dogs of the BENTLEYS HOTEL! For people who want a memorable experience of staying in an art deco building, this is their go to place! 🙂

The Hotel is very close to colaba market. Near to Sea shore, gate way of India. Location is very calm and Silent. No noise. Room was very specious. Bathroom was outside of the room so that is the bigger cons. The room furniture is a vintage collection. But adds value to the ambiance. It creates beauty to the room. Overall stay was nice. Planning to visit again.

Quite close to the gate way of India. The room provided is as expected. Very clean and comfotable. Bedstead. And linen are clean and pressed. WC was exceptionally clean and the quality of water is also very good. AC is also effective. The staff are also very courteous and prompt in service. The quality of bread served for breakfast can be improved.

The BENTLEYS HOTEL is about having a rustic experience at the south of mumbai. The accommodation is spread across 4 buildings in olive r street, which is smack next to all the key locations (gateway of india, taj etc) in the south mumbai. Do not expect services like that of a regular BENTLEYS HOTEL. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The stay was good. Location was good, the room was comfortable and the full view of the City can be enjoyed from the room. Services, cleanliness and security were also nice. Food quality needs to be improved as I had only tasted a bite and it was not good in taste. Staff was also cooperative. Property is recommendable.

It is a nice vintage property located in CBD and close to gateway of India. We liked the place. Staff are cordial

I go to first time in Mumbai with family. 1st day stay somewhere. 2nd day I choose MakeMyTrip room Hotel Bentleys, I'm very happy in this room. Very good location and good cleaning in the room. I'm suggestion to all of you. Best room in this price.

Hotel location is good but as per room rate facilities are not good, no choice in breakfast only bread butter jam and tea, the bathroom is outside the room.

The BENTLEYS HOTEL is in an old building and there is repair work going on. But still the place was quite comfortable and spacious for us. It was very near to the gateway and we could walk or get taxi to get around. On the whole a nice place and would not mind spending a day or two.

My parents stayed in the family room which was decent. Breakfast has no options other than bread toast. This is located close to gateway so that's some advantage. Overall above average experience.

Arrived at the Bentley very early morning and staff were very accommodating re check in, location just off colaba causeway is excellent, room and amenities very good for BENTLEYS HOTEL in this price range, good people, many thanks 👍
