Very Avg property. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Food was avg. Overall experience was below average

Food is good, however there was no wifi provided. There was a major issue in network connectivity. Its surprising for a property like this, no less charges and no network for rooms.

the stay was excellent.. warm check in process was good.. property location was so peaceful.. clean swimming pool... tasty food ..

The experience of the resort was very good and staff was very professional. There a a nearby activity area where you can play cricket, bullseye and do many more activities

Staff was very cooperative and there hospitality was very good, mr. Humayu is a gem of a person really nice and always ready to help, food was very good, overall it was a good experience

The hotel swimming pool is not cleaned. Room is ok ok. Food is delicious. All other services are over charged. No music is played so it is quite boring. Staff is polite. Overall experience is ok ok.

It was nice stay but due to holi we didnt get chance to enjoy the pool since it was under maintenance the whole time. Food is good and staff was very cooperative. Had a lovely and relaxes stay.

No wifi smelly toilets ac not working staff shortage changed room twice, had a pathetic experience. Lease about to end neither lessor nor lessee taking responsibility of the maintenance

Absolute disgrace on the name of resort. We booked 4 premium rooms prepaid and on arrival they weren’t available. The crappy resort is incapable of providing decent rooms. Rooms smell, a/c not working, filthy sheets, 80% of the food on menu is unavailable and available food is also limited in stock. Untrained, illiterate & pathetically unprofessional staff knows zero thing about hospitality. On top of it the food is horrible in taste. Not worth spending even 2-3k as well.

No cleaning in the room. All things are disturbed. A. C is not working properly. Door lock is also confusing. Dust was spread in all over the room.

The resort has beautiful exterior, quite aesthetic, the rooms from inside are average interms of interiors and hygiene. Rooms are not as beautiful as they look from outside. Very ordinary however are they are spacious. The food was good and the staff was polite and cooperative. The way to resort is bit rough, approximately 1. 5 km stretch is off roads.

Rooms were horrible. I booked premium room and they gave me very bad room, check pics. I asked them to change the room but they denied saying this is our premium room. Don't fall in the trap, most of the reviews are fake. Food taste was not good too, only 4-5 options were given in buffet breakfast. Had to leave one day early, as i couldn't stay in that poor room. Not recommended at all. Better go to riverside resorts. Best of luck if you are there.

Had a really great time. Nice atmosphere. Great from family. Very close to corbett reserve. Pratap was really helpful and accommodated all our requests. The kids play area needs a little upkeep and upgrade. The rest was all good.
