Worst hotel doesn’t even provide basic toiletries in bathroom . Terrible noise . Breakfast run out of stuffs even at 9:30am. Trying to save money at the expense of customers amenities and terrible Service staffs.

There were mosquitoes in the room. I asked for a mosquito coil and SI’s not get it. I had asked for a paste and SI’s not get it even after 2 calls

the rooms were neat and the food was very good. There was some renovation work going on and so it was noisy for most of the time. The toilet and the bathroom shared one sliding door and you could close only one. we couldn't use both at the same time and which caused some inconvenience.

The AC was humming loudly continuously - asked for a change in room or maintenance support but was not done. Secondly the water bottle was charged much above the MRP, which is incorrect.

Terrible Stay

Refurbishing work going on in full swing in the hotel putting a lot of hardship to all customers. We don’t know why in the hell they operate hotel and do renovations side by side as though they are giving free service. Stupid management. We didn’t take photographs of such nasty looks. It’s not a memorable stay but rather horrible experience. Whole day knocking sound causing serious headache

Ac and light console fitted at bed level. Needs to be refitted at a decent height for ease of operation! approach from room to restaurant was very difficult with slushy path!

Property is at good location in heart of chennai at t nagar. Currently upgradation is going on in the hotel, so expect construction noise during the day time. The room in which i stayed, had slight smell as you enter the room. However the room was neat and clean. Ac control was good. Wi-fi facility was given but signal quality was very poor and could not use it. The breakfast was good. However, the provision of cutlery was very poor, cups, spoons, fork needed to be asked as not available near the bf buffet or on the table.

Okay. Constant sound from AC unit. Also as some construction is happening in nearby property and hotel property also, there was some disturbing sound. The rate is a little high when compared to similar hotels in the vicinity.
