Benzz Park

Overall best stay. Clean, spacious rooms. Extra bed was free and comfortable too. The bathroom was a bit small and seems congested, plus they never refilled the toiletries. Other than that, bathroom kept clean. Complimentary breakfast spread was good, loved seeing the varieties. Lunch-dinner buffet spread were the best from Indian to continental to Chinese, from gulab jamun to pastries to kheer to curd rice, from fruit salads to seafood salad, ice creams to juice and shakes. Haha, can't get over all the tasty delicacies. The cook so well done. One must definitely try theirs buffet, though pricey but I would be glad to spent it here. Only put off was the in room service. Worst I would say from 9 PM to 11 PM, nobody took our order. Just before closing time, they provided our food. Language issue is a big problem. They keep directing our calls, which was annoying. Hope they take it seriously. Staff was very good, helpful, polite, be it reception or the guards or the porter. Everybody readily helped us with a smile. We were even given 1 hr extension after our checkout at 12, as we had flight at 3. Unexpectedly they agreed. I read comments about the staff being rude but not once we felt that. Hope they continue to serve well. For me, it was 4.5/5.

Paid 2200 a day for single person for executive room. Only disappointment was after each time of ordering room service, no one came back to clear the dishes, till the next day's room cleaning. Even after multiple calls, i had to sleep with the smell of food in the room for 2 days straight. Also, mm t provides 200rs worth of Benzz Park credit per night, which is not actually applicable at the Benzz Park .
Appears clean and safe, mask use not insisted upon by staff. Other guests were roaming around without masks.

Room is pretty comfy even if a bit small. Only the toilet needs some attention in that the health faucet is fixed on the right-hand side very uncomfortable aspect. Water pressure is very high and results on avoidable waste in a water-starved Chennai. The toilet seat cover is pretty thin and uncomfortable plastic one. Needs to be replaced with a decent one. Would be better advised to start an initiative to suggest reuse of towels and bed linen. Daily change for a multiple night stay is an ecological offense!

Food top most and staff in Lexus like manager Sundar, Hari, captain Pradeep all are very friendly, security staff Stephen and Kannan are very nice guys, but only drawback of front desk manager he is very worst attitude guy (I forgot his name Raman something) am avoiding this Benzz Park check in only during this guy was present management please replace this guy you will lose certain guests apart from this guy all and everything is best.

Have stayed earlier with family and had great stay at this location. Staffs were very friendly and the food, I must appreciate on the dessert section, it was just awesome and the server Mr. Abhisek and chef Biswas, they are the extraordinary hospitality provided me. That's why have referred my friend, had excellent experience, just keep continue, all the best team Benzz Park.

The Benzz Park is located in a good area. I felt it is well connected. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The receptionists are well behaved, courteous and helpful. The rest of the staff is also polite and catered well to my necessities. Interiors are good. The only downside I found was that the food is pretty over-priced. The taste was decent but it was over-priced.

Two nights stay. Room is clean . housekeeping okay. I needed break fast at 6 am for my early departure to my destination. They promptly served on time. Apart from Benzz Park restaurant, which is good,other restaurants are also available at walk able distance. No bad experience except ac temp in the room not able to adjust. May be room specific.

It's an old Benzz Park and the design is so much like a luxurious Benzz Park . They have also stepped up to maintain the same. I liked this place and total value for money. Super location and excellent yummy food. Few things they can work on is, getting new beds and quantity of food portion is less. Overall a good stay.

Stay was good need to improve breakfast to pure covid levels.
