There is no window or balcony. Poor parking facility. Food is average level only. Room also very compact.

Over all good Experience with room food and staff

restaurant size is not sufficient for the number of rooms available. Even there is no space to stand and eat like buffet style. My daughter quit food due to chaos. further non veg is not available. on enquiry it was told a group of 45 north Indian staying in hotel and they instructed not to place non veg item in the food stand. on request it is served to us on table. the 3 star hotel management should respect food culture of all guest. Else, in advance they should informed us, so that we would opt room service. doing like this in restaurant / open place is disrespectful for non veg eaters. but the food is good and the room is good.

My recent stay in a hotel room in Benzz park Family resort Kodaikanal, Kodaikanal was quite comfortable, featuring a spacious and well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

Comfortable stay. Food is good. Reasonable amenities. Close to city center. Very good room service.

The location and view from hotel room was Beautiful. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was very cooperative. The food at restaurant was fine and prices were reasonable.

Not upto mark, average, in my 3days stay 2 days internet not working, average food, few items are good, rooms without window.

Staff was really good and friendly, old property and frequent power cuts. Room has no few for backside rooms.

Stayed for 4 days. Hotel is very neat and toilets have 24hrs heater. Bathroom is provided with shower necessities and towel. We stayed at level 5 and we have to climb stairs. Family with elders or unable to climb can choose ground level. One improvement area is breakfast. Though the room rate is inclusive of breakfast other than one or two items rest all repetitive ones. Pongal, dosa, idly, boiled egg was repetitive all days. Children might not like these to eat on all days which is similar to our home. When they come outside must be something we are not eating at home. One or two fine but everything is same for all days. Not worth it. Rest all fantastic. 9am checkout time can be extended.

Food is nice. Safe for kids. Room not spacious for money paid. It is claimed as resort but no activity facilities , even no walking lawn . Conjested car parking.

I had very pleasant stay in benzz park hotel. Excellent ambience. Located centrally in the town with a good view. I do not know why but i felt like staying in my house. I liked the food in the small but convenient dining hall. The staff was courteous and provided good service. I enjoyed my stay in benzz park hotel.

We could hear noises from other rooms. Rooms were over priced. There was no view from our room and we did not feel secure. Property is located away from sight seeing locations.

Food was average & service was worst. Room & house keeping staff was good. Clearly no clear communication on anything, most basic aspect of keeping water was not taken care.

Their delux family rooms are the most spacious and comfortable rooms I've ever stayed...they offer wide range of facilities...they offer free gyms...One problem was that there is no lift but due to less no. floors it was quite okay... the food was good ... totally the stay was quite awesome... valuable for money
