We had a lovely time at best view luxury houseboat and had u mar and adnan looking after us. The houseboat is like a palace and beautifully done up internally. The houseboat is neat and tidy and doesn’t smell like others. Adnan cooked us a feast for dinner and a scrumptious breakfast too and u mar looked after us throughout. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend it.

Best service and nature view from this house boat, the support staff specially rayees & arshed are very friendly and cooperative. They provide any extended support for travel through sikara ride and food. Food is specially made just like home made and is really tasty. I suggest every one to visit kashmir and stay here for atleast one night.

At first i was really sceptical about living in a houseboat because of low hygiene and low quality food but this boat was amazing. From food, rooms, entire boat, staff and even washrooms. Everything is just amazing and i would like to come again here. Everything is 10 on 10. Everything is clean and hygienic as well. Highly recommended!

This houseboat is an absolute gem that exceeded all our expectations. We visited in jean 2025 and from the moment we stepped aboard, we were enveloped in an experience of tranquility and luxury. U mar was helpful and ensured all our needs were met to have an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

One of the best houseboat. In room heater is available, they also provide you hot water bag in night and also provide shikara whenever you want to move out and in. This is located at ghat no. 9. Adnan was very helpful
