Its a nice atmosphere. Good location. Great environment and also service and food is very tasty. Very nice room and we feel comfortable as a home. Entrance area is very nice and peaceful. All the staff members are very good behaviour and well mannered. I booked the room due to my husband birthday. The staff was very kindfull and helpfull. Food is so yummy. They provide a best fresh food. Car parking facility is very nice. Moreover. If we talk about atmosphere, it is very nice and great. All the staff are very well mannered. They know how to deal the customers. I really like it. In my opinion, i visited many restaurant but this is my best experience. I really very happy to go there. I made a surprise to my hubby, my hubby feel very nice and soo appreciated to me as well as their services. I suggest to everyone, please go there and enjoy over there. I sure that, you feel very comfortable and happy. I hope everyone try it.

Kapurthala: stayed here for one night in feb 2022 pros: 1) very good quality business Best Western Kapurthala. 2) the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The size was adequate. Bath fixtures were modern and new. 3) the quality of food at the restaurant was good. Food is available for most part of the day. 4) wifi was free and the speed and connectivity good. 5) the tariff was reasonable. 6) the place is quiet at nights. Sleep quality was great. 7) the location is good. The moorish mosque is a short walk away and there are plenty of transportation options right at the Best Western Kapurthala entrance. 8) the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful in booking our transportation. Cons: 1) the check-out process was quite slow. We waited 15 mins just to get our room checked. 2) the Best Western Kapurthala front area is very small for parking and even drop-off and pick-up.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Best Western Kapurthala for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to Best Western Kapurthala super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the best western every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

Room was very good and clean happy to stayed there Best Western Kapurthala staff is also very cooperative food quality is very good and hygienic will stay there next time and also recommend to my friends and relatives to stay there👌💞

It was amazing, love to stay there, Best Western Kapurthala is clean, hygiene, good ambience and variety of foods. Even my overseas delegate prefer to stay. Best Western instead of Ramada. Next trip with family for sure.

Service was good but some of the staff was very rude. They hit our car during parking. But in the cctv we didn’t get anything because we left to early in the morning. Lights were off didn’t record the video properly.

I had a great experience at best western kapurthala, staff was very polite and helpful, services were great, love to stay here again. Main thing internet which i needed for my meeting, it was of great help.

Everything was excellent. Nice property to stay if you are visiting kapurthala especially. Room is spacious for 2 persons. Good hygiene of food and room service is excellent.
