Last weekend, I had the opportunity to visit a hotel - Best western La vista , and it turned out to be a refreshing and good experience. The hotel was located at the prominent location yet it offered a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that made me feel like i had escaped from our daily routine. As i entered the hotel, there was a warmly welcome by the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The reception area was beautifully designed, with modern decor, comfortable seating, and a calming fragrance that instantly made us feel relaxed. The check-in process was smooth, and I was soon guided to our room. The room was spacious, neat, and well-furnished. It had a cozy bed, a flat-screen television, a mini fridge, and a clean bathroom with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of the visit was the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. I enjoyed a buffet breakfast the next morning, which included fresh fruits, juices, baked items, and several hot dishes. The service at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff made sure we were comfortable. Overall, my recent visit to the hotel was a wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again.

The hotel management claimed that we have misused their towels by using it as bathroom door mat which was strange as i have stayed in many hotels and every where i use the towel as bathroom doormat to clean wet feet. They also put alligation that their door mat is missing and it will be chargeable, but there was no door mat at the first place. I had ordered pakora for some of my guests in the restaurant but the service was very late so they left and then the restaurant called me in the room and said you ordered and then left without having it, then they said it wont be cancel-led so you have to take it in your room. I said ok send it to my room but they sent it after almost half an hour, if it was ready then why it took almost 1hr to serve and they charged 700- for 1 plate pakoras.
