Overall, i had a positive experience firstly, i must commend your staff for their excellent customer service. From the moment i arrived, the front desk personnel were courteous and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably, and the restaurant staff provided attentive service during meals. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities i needed. 5

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali. Everything about the Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We( couple) stayed in this Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali for one night. We reached Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali at 2230 hrs and the reception was great. Check in took only half a minute. Rooms were very neat and luxurious compared to even normal 5 star Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohalis. Buffet breakfast was superb with variety. Even check out was very fast,. Everything was with smiling face by the Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali employees. Enjoyed it

The stay at the best western plus mohali was very memorable. Right from the time of checking in the courtesy extended was superlative. The room was having a nice sitting arrangement and the bed comfortable with good linen. The window well draped. The bathroom was neat and clean stuffed with good toiletries. The restaurant service and the food served was very good. The food menu was excellent! the Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali would certainly earn stars of recognition.

A quite refreshing experience from the start - check-in at 4:00 a. M. Was a smooth sail. Simple greeting. No complicated discussions, id-ed easily and zip to my room to relax. Room has pleasant lighting, bed is comfortable. Breakfast spread is quite nice. South indian, north indian, continental, vegan all overed. One of the best masala dosa's north of vindhya's i had here. Extended my stay two times, so had a pleasure of checking out without checking out.

Stay is amazing, Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali is newly built with all the facilities, ample safe and valet parking. Variety of dining options with in the Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali and best attaraction is roof top pool bar. Quality and presentation of food is top notch, staff is very humble, courteous and on the toes. A must recommended 5* Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali

Was transiting through chandigarh for my himachal vacation and stayed for a night at bw. Nice Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali with good facilities including gym and spa. Room was quite good and the Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali staff readily provided a extra bed. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Great Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali to stay in mohali. Rooms were clean and same as in the photos. Food is also excellent. Hotel staff is quite helpful.

Hotel is really good as its new property also staff is experienced and humble. Must stay if uou want to spent time in peaceful and hygine environment. Approachable from chandigarh airport and chandigarh city.

The stay was good, rooms were clean and even the housekeeping and staff behaviour was also very nice however i didn't like the behaviour of their senior management.

Location is excellent if you want to access Mohali & Chandigarh both. The Best Western Plus, Chandigarh- Mohali's amenities & upkeep is very good. Staff is friendly but less during the night.

Well located, nice ambience, transport easily available -enjoyed breakfast of choice (pretty good varieties to choose from. -nice hospitality of staff -overall a comfortable stay.
