I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Best Western Plus Jalandar and i must say that usha, the receptionist, was truly exceptional. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel instantly welcome and valued as a guest. Stayed there for a night on 12th nova in a standard room with king size bed. Booked without any hassle through make-my trip app. Room was quite spacious for a single person, it even had a small sitting area with couple of sofas. Room, furniture, linen were all clean. Bathroom was small but was clean and had all amenities. The breakfast spead was very limited and service was also slow though there weren't much guest. It also lacked any live counters for say, dos a or omelettes. Overall, the stay was good but they could have a better food spread.

The ambience of the Best Western Plus Jalandar is amazing. From room to swimming pool the hygiene standards extremely high. The cleanliness of the entire Best Western Plus Jalandar with rooms washrooms swimming pool is of high standard. The staff is extraordinarily courteous. If you visit this place and stays there you would want to visit this place again and again. I would 100% recommend this Best Western Plus Jalandar as it is with a reasonable budget and five star Best Western Plus Jalandar qualities.

The location is right on the jalandhar highway. The bus station is walking distance and train station is not far. The nah-44 is a km away, so, getting to the Best Western Plus Jalandar and going back on highway again is not a problem. The property was neat, clean and hygienic. The food options are good as well. The spread is not huge but the taste is good. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The service is first class. I highly recommend!

First of all the location is very suitable, secondly they have a good front office staff like sidharth, he is very helpful, the rooms are big & comfortable with 2 tv's which is good during the ongoing cricket world cup, food is good but can be improved, they have some real good starters, during the breakfast time puneet chef was looking after the guests well, perhaps better than the waiters, overall it was a good & comfortable experience

The property is immediately on left when we reach jalandhar. It's a clean property. The room is neat and comfortable. I would have liked the rooms to have a view of greens from window but they were grayed out just letting lights in. Laundry service is very good. The restaurant and dining area are good but morning breakfast is good and simple. A comfortable stay and polite staff during the stay.

Very friendly and cooperative staff The female staff was very helpful as it was raining and my clothes got wet they dry cleaned all my clothes and didn’t even charge any money during check out they even made sure that only female staff would assist me and the manager was also very helpful with my luggage Also the breakfast was amazing Thank you so so much for ur warm hospitality

Rooms are good, food is good. Swimming pool was not well maintained though so cancel-led the plan to swim. They have a small gym for workout. Overall worth the price.

Stay was comfortable and cozy.

Hotel was easily accessible. Check in was smooth and staff was very friendly and professional. Room was spacious with all the amenities. We had a fun time. And not to miss food was great.

Good property. Nice rooms and good food. Very helpful staff. The Best Western Plus Jalandar needs to look into bell boy requirement who should be available at the entrance to help customers unload and load. Location of property is also nice as it is on the periphery of jalandhar, yet not far off from the city.

Approachable location of property...Near by Bus stand ..Bsf chowk......Even for PAP chowk also...nice staff...neat nd clean Hotel...
