Best Western Plus REVANTA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Revanta for 4 days & 3 nights, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the valley. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the well-stocked minibar. The facilities ( swimming pool, gym,kids room, pool table) were equally impressive. The swimming pool area was immaculate. The on-site spa was a true highlight, offering a wide range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. Dining at the Best Western Plus REVANTA was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The dinner at the roof top restaurant was a memorable experience, with exquisite dishes and impeccable service. What truly sets the Best Western Plus REVANTA apart is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect and not to forget , Mr Babloo,Mr Vinod and Miss Priya. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this Best Western Plus REVANTA to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Best western revanta is truly a gem in the mountains. Located a few 100 metres from dal lake, the property has amazing view of the mountains as is evident in the pictures. But what is even more amazing is the staff here who are always smiling and always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The food is good albeit on the spicier side. But you can always ask them to make it more to your liking. The breakfast spread was not lavish but it had all the essentials from fresh fruit, fruit juices, coffee (americano, cappuccino, tea, idli sambhar, pav bhaji or poori bhaji, paratha, eggs boiled or the way you like (omelette, scrambled, sunny side up, and a live counter for dosa. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the city centre. I would higly recommend everyone to stay here if you have a mode of transport available.

Stayed here mid july and it was a lovely experience. Rooms were absolutely clean. No complaints at all, coming from someone who is very particular about cleanliness. Amazing view from the terrace restaurant and even the room balcony. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was always courteous and helpful. Running hot water available throughout. Local cab available on request at the reception. Spa experience can be improved. Though they have a swimming pool and gaming area (loved it, but it would be really great if the pool was temperature controlled. I really wanted to go to swim but water was too cold. I would love to visit here again and i highly recommend to stay here.

The property is perfect to stay. The location, amenities, food, service, courtesy of the staff are all top notch. It fully justifies it star ratings. The property is 2 years old but the cleanliness is perfect, the rooms literally shine. Only two negatives - the food can be a little reasonably priced and they should be flexible in accommodating customer requests. We opted for dinner inclusion in our stay but due to some reason couldnt eat. We thought of booking the property for another night and also so that we could adjust our dinner then also the receptionist disapproved of our genuine request even when they had to specially prepare our meal and it wasnt a buffet

Hotel propert was neat and clean with all amenities working as promised. Hotel staff was very professional and helping food was great location was very beautiful with sunset view

This property is no less than a 5 star property in mcleodganj. They have an excellent hospitality with great food and great view. Highly recommend to stay at this property.

Breakfast was not value for money otherwise stay was good

We had a wonderful stay at best western plus in dharamshala. The staff was amazing and welcoming. The room was spotless and the ambience was great.
