Best Western Resort Country Club

I recently stayed at the best western resort in manesar, and while the resort offers many positives, the dining experience was a letdown. Rooms: the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The comfortable beds and modern amenities made my stay enjoyable. The bathroom was also well-equipped, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was in perfect order. Dining: unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. Neither the pasta, noodles, nor manchurian met my expectations. The quality of the food was more akin to a two-star establishment, yet the prices were comparable to what you would find at a five-star Best Western Resort Country Club. This mismatch between price and quality really took away from the overall experience. Facilities & activities: the resort truly shines in its extensive range of facilities and activities. The sports courts, including cricket and badminton, were well-maintained and perfect for a bit of friendly competition. Kids are spoiled for choice with activities like camel rides, goat rides, horse rides, a kids’ train, balloon shooting, and a mega-sized chessboard. The outdoor area also features a shower fountain for kids, perfect for a fun splash on a hot day, and a dance area where they can enjoy some music and movement. The resort offers tambola games, a song party, and even a chance to interact with rabbits and fish, which adds a unique touch to the experience. The garden, with its peacocks, is a peaceful place to relax, while kids can enjoy the swings. The overall outdoor experience, including the presence of these animals, was a highlight of our stay. We had to celebrate the 4th birthday of our little baby amid-st the natural surrounding, relaxed atmosphere, playing area, modern amenities and smiling faces! we tried looking for the same on youtube, google and finally we got all of this in a single package with mm t at best western country club resort. This property wasn't too far from our home, though a part of the way was a little rough but when we entered this place, we got filled with happiness and relaxing wibes. People at the reception were amazing in greeting the guests and all the staff members were always ready to assist us for every single need of ours. The vast green area, cottages, rooms, rabbits, ducks, pond, kids play area, cricket pitch, badminton cort, tennis cort, toy train, peacock, slides, swings, library. Everything was amazing! and finally the food. It was also awesome! i wish, we could stay there for at least a couple of days and enjoy the pool and spa service, but our working didn't allow us. By the way, we have decided to come back again soon. We recommend this place to all the readers and our friends for feeling the real bond with your loving ones in such a pleasant atmosphere!

We visited on a weekend. Several conferences were going on and all the rooms were taken. We had a prior booking and checked in. The process at reception was smooth, despite big rush. Mr ashok patel gm, was himself supervising the situation. Our room was at some 750 meters distance, by road, from the main property. These two parts are not interconnected and you can either use your own car or ask property to send their car for traversing between them. Staying in main complex is preferable although many facilities are available in both. Restaurants are good, prices reasonable. Food was good too. We can have buffet or ala carte. All the facilities were crowded as all rooms were occupied. Children had fun time riding horse, camel, goat buggy etc. All complimentary except target shooting with a gun, which had very hard trigger. Avoid it. Rain dance available for about 30 minutes. In the second section of property, there was loud music till late. People were dancing and enjoying themselves. Overall good experience.

We recently booked three rooms at best western, manesar, to celebrate a birthday. Here are the pros: check-in and check-out were smooth. In fact, we were upgraded to the next category at the time of check-in. It's a great property for families. The kids had a fantastic time and enjoyed a packed day filled with activities such as tennis, badminton, a kids' playing area, camel and horse riding, an evening rain dance, slides at the kids' pool, and even a game of bingo in the evening. The rooms were also nice and provided all the necessary amenities. Cons/ areas for improvement: service around the pool - while the pool itself was great, there is room for improvement in terms of service. Restaurants - overall, the food was good with a considerable variety of indian and chinese options. However, they could consider adding more variety, especially dishes from western cuisine, to cater to those looking for options outside the regular menu.

We had an amazing experience at the resort. The property is huge and lush green and so well maintained. Each and every thing is maintained and functional. All the activities which they claim are actually there and you can enjoy all of them. Starting from 2 pools ( they have strict swim wear policy, which is good, so please carry your swimwear with you even for your infants and toddlers) they even have a swim wear and accessories shop with floaters and tubes for kids. Then they have a horse and a camel ride. The children's park and toy train are also working and in good condition. Rabbits, fishes, ducks, tennis, volleyball, mini golf, chess and so many countless activities will keep you and your children very busy. The food taste is also good. The rooms were excellent too. The only glitch was delay in taking order in ala carte which we can ignore as it was very busy overall an excellent stay. 9. 5/10

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. We were skeptical to go as we had read terrible reviews by previous customers. However, we did not experience any discomfort. The rooms were elegant and clean. The food was good. The reception was prompt in addressing our requests. The swimming pool was big and clean. The property was exceptionally big and beautiful. We would definitely go there again. Please do not be influenced by the negative comments. I am sure your stay will be as good as ours. I think the only thing that they could work on should be ensuring a spacious parking lot.

I am writing this review to appreciate the exceptional work done by Ms. Sneha who manages the check-ins and other things as well. She was very humble, polite and always smiling. She is an incredible team member and I wish her best of luck for everything. Keep up the good work, Sneha! The only thing that somewhat lacked here is the variety of food. All other things were up to the mark. This was our second visit to them. The best part about this property is that they have multiple activities for kids and they enjoy throughout.

The place is very kid friendly with a lot of activities and, for evening the outdoor eating is very nice. Try the candle light one with aloo tikki and beer it was great, food though limited but tasty. Naan was less cooked when ordered in the room. Best food for room order is dal roti kofta and chicken curry. A few points the swimming pool for kids is not cleaned properly. The food has a very limited option or variety. Egg curry should be added to the list of room food menu.

Property was good and clean. But service was a bit slow and harrasing. Overall a memorable stay.

I visited twice earlier in country club bit our this visit was personal with my only family of 6 members quite comfortable with two 7 month- twin- kids n v all enjoyed a lot to this trip. Whole staff n mars sod-hi ex- dr all r very supportive. V shall continue to be there in future

It was excellent stay with all comforts and good food.

The stay was comfortable however there were too many power cuts during our stay. The power was restored within minutes but still it gets irritating sometimes.

Good place to stay in nature where peacock comes on your room’s doorstep every morning. Lots of birds make it more pleasant. What i didn’t like was there was no proper wall between the rooms and we can hear voice from another room

One word to says, amazing place to have fun with family and kids. Choose a good season and enjoy the green land, good food, nature living

The staff here is very polite and helpful. There are tons of activity you can do here with your kids and family.

It's a nice stay. Good ambience. Good for family and children. Will plan again. In breakfast should should serve non veg as well.
