we booked king size bed , but they have only queen size. staff don't understand difference in king and queen size. They must update website the correct information which help travelers to choose according. Intercom also not working at few 3rd floor. Hotel location is good, rooms are average.

room no 301 was allotted,the water in shower area does not flow we have to stand in pool of water. Cockroach in bathroom. No WiFi.Main door of the room does not close fully bathroom door does not have lock no mini bar in room.I paid restaurant bill which got charged 4 times while trying to contact senior at Hotel they refuse to give email id and response is not satisfactory while connecting.

The staff has been courteous and very co-operative. Due to some constraints had to request them to extend my check out time whthey fulfilled. Food is good and the hotel is well maintained. I would strongly recommend the hotel to take measures / techniques to save water in rest room by installing water saving nozzles. This will help reduce water consumption drastically. Excellent Stay

I have been staying in this Hotel since 2019. Stay was execellant, Staff very couteous, Rooms are pretty good, clean, Breakfast was superb. Requesting them to improve on certain small things like TV remote, Telephone instrument etc.
