Quite good, a little bit slower in a service, 3 person sharing room is average level, and compared to Gangtok hotels, this hotel is average level.

Weather,food ,staff,surroundings... everything was fine ☺️ we enjoyed it a lot will visit again

No words pls its petty they doesn’t have any reception perfect reception. Then after the check-in is too lazy and lazy. If the customer pay more than 4K for a room, something special but Room is good, but as I am 6.1 Iट tall, but their queen size bit only is 6 feet long only, so how can I sleep whole night? Pathetic pathetic? I’ll just I just rate a battle Valley resort zero.

i like the creative ideas of the hotel love it, so many new things to explore, even swimming pool was there

People who came to business trip this place is best to reach at Cusotmer place on time. Food is good and services also good. They just need to be improved in the breakfast section.

The property was ill managed. None of the facilities for which the room was booked was abailable. The swimming pool hD no water, no ziplinh .the beds were creaky. The food was either too blNd or too salty. No mayter ehat we asked for , they did not have anything

they need to improve the housekeeping... specially in little hut 🛖 and offcourse toilet... because there were issues

The rooms were in good condition, clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations. However, the behavior of a few female staff members was disappointingly rude, which slightly impacted an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Hospitality was not good

Location is good, big problem is not suitable for persons going for company job. Breakfast service starts on request after 7. 30 am. With no options. Basic items also not available most of the time.

Very nice property. Staffs are really courteous and highly active. The ladies in restaurant and housekeeping deserves respect and special acknowledgment! we and our children had a wonderful stay. Best part is the buddha temple on the holy tree. Will visit again n will recommend others as well.

The hotel area is very peaceful and the views of teesta river from the hotel look amazing there is a little fun activity park as well for kids as well as adults the stay was absolutely amazing thanks to staff as well.

Staff is polite and helpful. The place is peaceful and ambience is good. The only thing that can be improved is inclusion of more variety in food menu or allowing outside food

hotel staff was good and the area is also awesome but non AC hut average but the toilet of hut was pathetic 😔

Pros: beautiful resort. Children would certainly enjoy here. Staffs were very nice and courteous. Foods are good. Cons: but rooms were very small, no place to keep luggages, no charging points for mobile, toilet adjacent to room was dirty and flush was not working. Had to use common toilet all the time.
