Selvin & Lovely maintain the villa as their house. Selvin such a kind Man who has taken care of us in all the way. We got everything we demanded. Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and well maintained chicken farm. Rooms are well maintained. Tasty breakfast. Lunch and Dinner provided as ordered. He assisted us finding the better places to visit. Many tourist places are reachable from this villa. Vehicles arranged as required. Overall a fantastic experience. Strongly suggest.

The villa is very nicely maintained. It has beautiful garden and location is very convenient. Best part is the warm hospitality of Mrs Lovely and Selvam. They took care of each and every thing and were very welcoming. They have a nice chicken farm and beautiful plantation as well. Lots of coconut and coffee plants. They gifted us a big and really large jack fruit. That was a very sweet gesture. Lovely made some really nice puttu channa for breakfast. Overall nice experience.

I got a calm and clean room with homely food. A husband and wife are managing the property. They are living there with their daughter. Good safety. This villa is slightly away from the Ambalavayal town. So we can reach here easily.
If you are removing the curtains on morning, you can see a big rock containing green grass.
Nothing, all the facilities provided by the team was excellent.

A very clean and well maintained home stay. Lovely and selvin are wonderful hosts and cater to their guests in an exceptional way. A good budget place to stay and explore the several sights of wayanad.
Spacious rooms. Meticulously maintained by the hosts lovely and selvin. Everything in the room is clean and well looked after.

We stayed as an extended family in 3 rooms. The location is really beautiful with a big hill in the back drop and a very nicely kept garden. Had sumptuous breakfast in the morning. Selvin and Beth have given attention to detail and really put an effort to make the guests feel at home. We are going back soon!

A warm hospitality coupled with clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Location is good and restaurants are available within 1. 5 km radius. It's worth staying. Alkali caves is not far away. Other places to visit like Muthunga wildlife sanctuary and Pookode lake are within 40 km radius.

The gesture was good. Place is very clean. Food was traditionally prepared. They always be available at reach was keeping follow up till we reach by guiding the route. Will definitely be there once again.
