The AC in the room wasn’t working at all, but the staff at the reception is really good, even they could not do much because the AC is pretty old and needed a change

They dont agree to give the GST bill in the company name. After so many arguments they agreed to give the GST bill but when GST bill has come it was less valve than the amount paid.

The washroom isn't that clean and the service is slow The breakfast isn't Good. No water given Ac wasn't upto the mark

We had an amazing experience at Beverly Hotel Right from the stay to hospitality and the food was very tasty. Glad I chose the right place for my stay in Chennai.

Overall it was a very good stay. It was very near to my office and hospitality was good. it would be much better if some other varities would be added to VEG breakfast. But am not happy wiht WIFI connectivity. hardly i could use that to atend my office work.. it was pathetic.

I was denied checkin despite paying the full amount at the time of booking. When i walked into the hotel, there were no rooms booked. I had paid for 2 rooms

I have booked this based on user rating through makemytrip app. Enjoyed very comfortable stay, cleanliness, hospitality, courteous staff, located in city centre. Close to multiple prominent locations in chennai city. Hotel in located in parallel busy traffic street, no noise pollution. Gone to stay for 2 days, extended my stay for 4 days. During my recent stay at Beverly Hotel in Chennai, I experienced a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is situated in a posh location with excellent accessibility via the metro, and there’s ample car parking, which is a significant plus for guests traveling by vehicle. From the moment I arrived, the staff were courteous and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues that affected my overall experience. The room service was notably slow; on my first night, it took almost an hour for my dinner to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and not very presentable. This was disappointing, especially after a long day of business meetings. To avoid further hassle, I decided to order through Zomato on the following day. The breakfast buffet, however, was a highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that guests could find something to suit their tastes. The room itself was spacious, which added to the comfort of my stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was inadequate for the hot Chennai climate. After a tiring day, I expected the room to provide a comfortable retreat, but the AC was slow to cool the space. This led me to request a room change, but even in the new room, the issue persisted, which was disappointing for a three-star establishment. Despite these hiccups, the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Their service stood out as a strong point during my stay. I appreciated their willingness to assist, which helped offset some of the frustrations I encountered. As a regular business traveler, staying in hotels 10-15 days each month, I have developed a keen sense of value for money. While I found several aspects of my stay at Beverly Hotel satisfactory, I felt that the shortcomings—particularly regarding room service and air conditioning—diminished the overall value given the amount I paid.

Nice clean environment to satya easy ascess to near by places having big car parking with security at night

Short stay but worth the while. Good location in kilpauk. Old property maintained well withe value for money rooms. Which are large and airy

Very good food. Staffs are very cooperative. Nice thoight and gesture by appointing specially abled staffs. Tv channels were not working, i felt minor issue with ac control system. Near to main road, ega theatre and other eateries

Makemytrip charged more than the actual cost, going forward i will book directly with the hotel. Hotel showed me their tariff and it was cheaper. Even after paying do much wifi was not working, only south indian food they can make, please don't order anything else. They don't know the difference between spaghetti and noodles

Poor customer treatment, terrible food and very expensive and not worth the cost for the stay and food
