Beverly Villa

The villa is located at some 200m away from the main road in ooty with some main attractions, restaurants, atms, an antique shop and st. Stephens church located nearby. There is very less-traffic on the road where it is located so you can enjoy a nice morning and evening walk with your family. It is nice and quiet and the staff are very friendly and prompt whenever we needed them. We stayed in the family suite with conjoined rooms with 2 single beds in one room and a queen-size bed in another. The room also has a room warmer which comes at a cost of rs. 500 for 12 hours but we didn't use it since the room itself was warm and cozy. Room has a large window from where you can have a good view but has no balcony. It also has a 4-seated dining table, 2 lcd televisions, an oven, mini-fridge, water dispenser and importantly an electric kettle which was very useful for us during our 3-day stay. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water running at all the time but only after emptying out 3 buckets of water which is a usual thing at most of the hillstation Beverly Villas. The Beverly Villa has no restaurant but they give us a menu from which we can order food for dinner - they have the food prepared and delivered to our room. Also you can use swiggy or zomato to order food from other restaurants too. Now the cons: though the check-in time was 1 pm, the room was given to us 30 mins late even after we called them earlier that day to inform our arrival. The bed sheets, blankets and towels were little old, but we understand that they can't provide new ones for each guest every time. But the bedsheet had cigarette burnt holes and 1 or 2 towels were torn or worn out. The hot water function in the water dispenser was not working and also the tv in the main room. So if they can address these issues it will be very comfortable for future guests. Overall the stay was nice and our family had a good time and importantly good sleep with zero disturbance after a long day, visiting various attractions at ooty.

Visited Ooty with family during 17th to 20th Sep 2023. I have visited Ooty so many times earlier. This time we decided to remain positioned in proper Ooty to stroll in the market every evening. So browsed a bit and quickly locked Bevery Villa based. I booked it initially only for two days, sooner I received welcome call from Mr Daniel. After reaching there, the moment we entered the allocated room, almost instantly we could make opinion about the property. Very neat and clean room. Very well designed interiors. You name an amenity it was there inside it. Full size recliner chairs, Iron with iron table, aesthetically mounted tv, remote box, set top box, room warmer, wall mounted fan, smart light, aquarium, insect killer, Digital clock, personal wifi, full size mirror, weighing machine, full capacity water dispenser, Microwave oven, fridge, dining plates, saucers, cutlery, locker, extra blankets, pillows, cute dining table, wall concealed extra bed, fire extinguisher, air purifier, phone, enough number of charging ports and switches. almost everything. Very polite staff. Very near to the market and botanical gardens and at the same time away from the noise with ample space for car parking. Nice garden at the entrance with so many varieties of flowers and so many birds seen in the property. I immediately booked the same for the remaining period of my stay. [Note: there is no restaurant in the Beverly Villa, but you are allowed to bring in or order online food into the room which is very very convenient option. Cutlery required is available for the same]

Our experience over here was really awesome. We have selected suit room which will be having living room with sofa and tv and also games to play which was really fun and also the room was really nice with great ambiance over here. Services were really good with warm welcome and any issues raised will be solved immediately by the staff. Villa location is awesome with a wonderful view as the room provided for us had a great and beautiful view which was really amazing. It is near to ooty centre which was walkable. You will not miss anything over here. Staff welcoming ant-he manager in reception were very helpful. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities available with 24/7 hot water. Villa is very near and clean. Food is not available over here but we can order. Rooms are very spacious. It is located near to all the visiting places. Room are very comfortable near by 1 km we have restaurants shopping malls you can roam i the streets it was a thrilling experience you will have plying areas like caroms in the ground floor itself overall room give you high five experience stafff are very polite they respond immediately for your call. It provides accommodation with a garden free private parking and. Nice place for family great location and friendly staff

Booked honeymoon suite. Room was very big with multiple facilities like oven, dinner set cutlery, continuous hot and cold water in washroom, drinking water, coffee tea set, nice kit in washroom etc. The view from balcony was amazing, view of city. Service was amazing, friendly and nice. Rated one star less for some reasons: paying such huge cost, would expect biggwr washroom. Tea kit refill was additional cost. Heater was chargeable. There is no ac or fan cost, why charge more for heater. Felt this was a bit low bar to do. Lights were flickering, the attendant suggested to switch off and on. Paying high price, i dont wsnt to do such silly things. In all amazing room and experience.

The property is nice and clean and Beverly Villa staffs are all nicely behaved. The only problem is that it is about 1 km from main market place which is charring cross but if you have your own vehicle, it will not be of any problem. Otherwise, Beverly Villa will arrange you autos and cabs for all your requirements. The other problem is that there is no inhouse restuarant for which, you have to depend on food delivery app or you have to go to market place. For this 2 drawbacks which are not a big deal, i am giving 4 out of 5 otherwise it should be 5 out of 5 and is recommended for your family vacation

Situated at a very great location, the rooms were well maintained, luxurious, clean and all the necessary facilities like room warmer, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, food plates, tv, wifi, drinking water were arranged. The housekeeping staff were prompt to clean the room everyday and replenish supplies. The Beverly Villa staff is very courteous and polite. They will also help you to arrange a cab incase you need to travel around in ooty and suggest you a tour package. The Beverly Villa offers a perfect view to the hills and feels serene. Worth all the money we spent here ! we enjoyed our stay here.

The location of the property is not difficult even if we travel to ooty during the odd hours. The parking for our vehicle is perfectly designed with ample space. Adequate exterior as well as interior design. All the tourist places are close by to this Beverly Villa, the family suite room is of adequate space with good interior designing having a dining table with microwave and mini fridge. The only negative is that they don’t have a restaurant but most of the renowned restaurants or within 1 km. Definitely a superb place to stay.

Beverly villa ooty is one of the most beautifully designed properties i have ever visited. The room was well decorated and designed. The bathroom was adequately equipped with amenities. There was a play-zone for the kids as well as adults. Staffs were quick to respond to their capacity. The best part of the room was having a fish aquarium. Enough space for car parking. I would have given this property 5 star but would like to restrict myself to only 4. 5 or 4. 8 because: no food facilities. They should start the same asap.

Excellent room, specially for couples & family. Most of the visiting places are nearby this villa. There are lots of restaurants nearby it, mostly i ordered food online(zomato) & delivered within 30mins. There is good view of mountains & city from room balcony.

Very nice location. Stayed with family. It was a pleasant stay and room was excellent. Small fridge, aquarium, locker, oven, kettle was there inside the room itself.

Staffs were friendly. Rooms are well maintained, though slightly smaller. Had a comfortable stay there. Location is great, and is safe for a family. There are several places to visit within 3 kms. The environment was quiet and relaxing.

The room was great, my better half and myself enjoyed the balcony view, only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit small other than that everything else was great

Cozy rooms. Comfortable stay. As described in the description, kitchen was not available, though availability was mentioned in the description. Food served was from outside and was too spicy / hot.

The Beverly Villa was nice and staff also good, however the guy at the reception one mr. Thomas was very rude from the beginning and his body language and attitude was very annoying. We complained this to his colleagues there. The check in took more than 40 minutes.

Food was not available in the Beverly Villa which is basic necessity. Although manager asked us to order whatever we want to from outside it would be arranged. We went outside to domino’s on that day.
