the room was very small for family and there were no window or fresh ventilation, blankets were smelling and the bedsheet have spotted like please maintain.

Amazing hospality clean room and good staff location is also good. I stayed with my papa so overall good experience

All things are good , but the rooms are very small, little bit changing of bedsheet and blanket and pillows, coming smell from it.. but it was not for a family of 2 adult and 2 child ..it wa only for 2 couples.rest tar good

Hotel was average...stayed there for 2 days, staff was polite but nobody came for room cleaning the next day. Anyways considering the price hotel was ok

When I reached Bhai Rati Hotel at around 12:30 PM, the receptionist informed me that the room was not available. He then shifted me to another hotel, which was a low-quality type property. The room did not have a towel, the AC was not working, and there was no geyser for hot water. I request you not to book rooms in this hotel in the future. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

location is not good as the road connecting the hotel is very congested and bad. Amenities and services are okay.

Room was good, spacious and clean. Staff was cooperative. But they did one mishap. They took our ids saying that they will return and didn't return it. We also forgot to collect.
