Worst room , worst hotel , worst washroom , no hygiene - pictures in MMT doesn’t match the reality - disappointed

Good location good staff ample parking

Though overall staff'd behaviour is good but hotel room is not upto the mark - 1)washroom could have been much cleaner , neat & Tidy 2) from main road its not visible properly

Location of the property is good. Ambience of the Riverview is also fine. But the room service was not upto the mark. The ceiling fan was not working. Even after the complaint, the issue could not be timely resolved

It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Hotel Bhaj Govindam. The Staff was courteous and helpful. The food and dining experience was also fantastic. Special mention of Mr. Ramola, The Manager of the Property; Thanks for his hospitality, friendly and frank conversation!! Private Ghat for taking the Holy Dip! Participated in the evening Aarti of Maa Gangey at the Hotel Ghat!! It was our second stay at the Hotel; earlier we had enjoyed their hospitality in April 2017!!

As i expected room which is shown in photos totally different and no match with it and poor quality of service even in trims no towel also water bottle

Rooms are okay but not worth the price, smelly rooms, ghat was not clean, good to sit outside at night

We came back to Bhaj Govidam for the second time and stayed for 5 days. Our mother who has gone through surgery was given utmost, attention and care by their staff. The property is a luxury as they access gangaji ghat, a mandir and panditji do ganga Aarti in the evening. The property is clean and open, and one can do darshan of gangaji right from outside from the room. Their food is so good we absolutely stopped eating outside and would only eat at the hotel's restaurant. This property is excellent for Meditation and Hari ki Pauri is at walking distance. The street outside the gate is busy, vibrant, full of food shops. Inside the property it is quite and serene. They also arrange for cabs and tours!

Great location. Clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Did not use restaurant, so cannot comment. Overall good value for money.

Pathetic experience and hotel facilities are extremely poor. Acs are non-functional, rooms are awfully smelly. Washrooms lack the basic hygiene. Private ghat and parking area the only pros about this hotel.

Do not book your stay with this hotel it's not a hotel, it's a dharamshala only. No infra, no service, no property like hotel

The property is situated near to harki poudi. With good ganga view and good ambiance. Delicious food is served and parking is also available inside the property. Excellent property in haridwar with reasonable price

Staff behaviour is not good at all. I advise management to look into it. Rooms and toilets are terrible. If you are looking for a quality stay dont prefer this.

Bhaji govindam is located at the center of haridwar and it's very near to hear ki pauri. Hotel was clean however ac was not working well. There was water leakage issue from roof to middle of the room. Stairs to qst floor had no support hence difficult for senior citizens. Private ganga ghat is there in the hotel but very poorly maintained. T
