Bhakti Sagar Hotel

Hotel location is super, easy to find. Sea is visible from Bhakti Sagar Hotel. Foods are average. Staffs are good & decent. But service is very poor. After my first day, i asked them to provide a fresh bed cover (because i have a one year old child) but they refused. I asked for a sweeper but did not get it. I booked a ac room but there is no remote to control the temperature, by default it's running on 22 degrees. I requested them that i need 27 degrees as i have a one year old baby, but they replied that they don't have any remote, if we feel cold then we need to switch off the ac. But location vise it's 10 on 10, but there is no room service.

Hotel is in prime location, next to the old digha beach, inf-act the room had a balcony overlooking the beach. It's located next to the petrol pump where the long distance busses pick and drop, so it's very convenient. The rooms were clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants around for food, even the Bhakti Sagar Hotel has an in-house restaurant, with room service. They also have a children's park, to keep my little one engaged and happy. The view of the sunrise and sea from the balcony is amazing. The room rates were decent. I do recommend this Bhakti Sagar Hotel for family and couples.

It was an amazing experience staying in bhakti sagar Bhakti Sagar Hotel. We have booked bay of bengal room. It was neat and clean. Stuff s are very polite and helpful. Best part is the room has sea view and the Bhakti Sagar Hotel is just at 1 min distance from sea. They have two different restaurants for veg and non veg. We tried at non veg one. But food quality was not good. However, there are many other restaurants near to this Bhakti Sagar Hotel, so did not feel any problem

I am satisfied but a problem i had to face that if 2 kids and couple had to be stayed one room that would be better. Who will stay the another room father or mother it is not pleasant for child. Combo concept i think is not good for family tour of they have minor child. Another think tips concept have to stop. If one be willing to give from his/her end that's another question but not demand.

I visited with my family on 7th june. It's a very nice Bhakti Sagar Hotel. The sea can be enjoyed very closely from the bay of bengal room, especially from the 2nd floor. The use of the staff here is very good, they will always be by your side for any problem you may have. Also the room is clean enough. But a friend of mine was on the ground floor with his family but it needed more clarity.

Lesser crowded compared to main entrance of old digha. Beside biswa bangla gate. The normal rooms are on ground floor. The sea facing rooms on the 1st floor and bay of bengal rooms are on the 2 nd floor.

Great views and attentive staff. The location provides breathtaking vistas, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Limiting dining options, but nearby eateries were recommended. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and provided all necessary essentials. Overall, worthy choice for a peaceful getaway.

Budget friendly, stuff behaviour was very good, but room was unclean, very good ambience, food quality average.

Good place with sea view balcony. Good behavior of staffs. Under development, so facing some problems.

Excellent place for staying for 2 days with family on sea sore of old digha. Better to select the bay of bengal room for staying

Nice stay, awesome sea view only one thing toilet was not so clean, need cleanly ness properly of the stay room. Very polite attitude of the Bhakti Sagar Hotel staffs they are very helpful that i am satisfied

A) good location, Bhakti Sagar Hotel nearest to the sea beach. No other Bhakti Sagar Hotels are this close in old digha b) clean room c) staff behaviour is also good

You can see the broad sea coast from rooms on 1st nd 2 nd floor. Excellent view, staff are very humble, u will get free wifi, free mineral water, i m very much satisfied.

Beautiful place and cheap rates and Bhakti Sagar Hotel located at sea shore love it the view of sea from rooms are mesmerising

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Sea shore is very near. Hotel personnel were very helpful. Trip was excellent and look forward to stay in this Bhakti Sagar Hotel next time too
