There is no lift despite rooms are on 4th floor. we requested to to provide alternate rooms at the ground floor with additional amount. but they provided non AC staff type rooms with additional cost.

Terrible Stay

There are a lots of basic things that they did not provide: 1. Amenities: they do not have lift but giving rooms in 3rd floor and 1st floor. We had to take the staircase till 3rd floor with all the trollies and then again down back with all the trollies. They did not provide dustbin, complementary water bottle, bath and face towels and soap. They do not have table, chair inside the room and just the bed. 2. Gyser was not working for sometime due to their electric overload. Water was not coming for several hours(more than 5 hours) in the evening. 3. Overcharging (: they overcharged the food even when we were eating very less (2 roti and 2 subjis. Also they have taken more cost for water bottles. 4. The behaviour of the receptionist (old person) is not good. They treat us like we are staying free without paying money. 5. Overall experience: poor. Major feedback: no lift but giving rooms in 3rd floor. Room quality: poor, service: moderate, amenities: very poor.

The hotel is located in a residential colony which is very near to the main road known as bhurji chowk. Rikshaw and autos are easily available, moreover the hotel has sufficient parking in front. It is located in a residential colony, so the environment is very peaceful and safe. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, from bedsheet to bathroom everything was extremely clean. The food was very tasty, the owners self prepared fresh food on order, you mustn’t miss aunty’s parathas.
