Amazing property but poor service & average food

I went with my family of 16 members when we arrived we were happy that we have chosen this Bhanwar Singh Palace but then problems began, since it was Holi season the check in to our rooms were delayed and given in installments starting 1st one about an hour 30 min late and the last one came through late by 4 hours .. But to go in detail let me put pros and cons: Pros: 1. The property is awesome when it comes to location and build, The rooms above the reception area were comprising of (that I know of) Royal room, Maharaja room and Maharani rooms. And the villas spreading across the central garden were Royal Villa rooms, if you want separate balcony and drawing area in your room go for Royal Villa rooms. Each room has a small veranda where a small kid or even a adult can sleep. 2. The beds are perfect, not too hard and not too soft and they provide 4 pillows two thin ones and 2 large ones in the room itself so a person can choose from options they have and sleep. 3. The pool area is one of the best I have seen and its well maintained. 4. Cleanliness is very good and have good garden space for family sport. 5. You can get yourself issued a Cricket kit and Badminton kit if you want to play, and they are also going to start a game zone soon which is under construction. 6. Breakfast spread is good and taste was decently good, there is room for improvement. Cons: 1. Restaurant: I heard from fellow travellers that for 550 in buffet dinner the food is not good at all .. The menu card is not up to standards when it come to Indian styles. The room service is very slow and we have to yell almost every time when we asked something to done. The Wi-Fi speed is painstakingly slow, you can only do whatsapp or may be FB but no Video call possible. Room check-in process was not good due to heavy season .. You can't stake your reputation as a Bhanwar Singh Palace if the first impression (check in) is bad on the cost of pleasing people already staying there There is no activity except pool and may be cricket, not even a spa. So can't do much here except relax. All in all those people who want a relaxing stay and view, then you can go for room with breakfast and you can visit Pushkar in the evening for visiting tourist places and then come back for a comfortable sleep.

It had been a relaxing holiday with family. We really wanted a quiet comfortable place. And this place really met our expectations. Rooms were big and beautiful too. All decorated in a royal style. Lawns very big and well Maintained. Staff was very polite and courteous. Talking about amenities we enjoyed swimming pool. Though few things were missing their as towels were not kept on chairs. Pool though was big and had clean water. Breakfast too had variety which was very well enjoyed by our family

Awesome location, Food is ok, but ambience was good. Gardens and extra curricular activities was good. Service was ok. Value for money ok, lack of children's activities like... Swings, slides, see saw, etc. Very big campus. Enhancements and Suggestions Give more options for Non Veg meal. No liquor license only beer License. Insects in swimming pool. Flies. No Shade on Swimming pool. No Big trees for shelter. No table tennis table. No Changing Room near Swimming pool. No market area near it.

As I said location and infrastructure of this property compliments each other. We nice property but not maintained professionally at all. Hotel staff is not at all professional and cleanliness finds place at back of the seat of such a nice property. Washrooms, bathrooms are pathetic. Ambience at front desk as you approaches reception is very bad not at all good in comparison to the external infra of the property. Overall professional approach in all aspects of hospitality is required.

Had a great time at Bhanwar Singh Palace. A very nicely built up property, fine hospitality and delicious food with good variety in breakfast but building having game zone and gym isn't updated as there is no air-conditioning, which is essentially required in this hot and humid weather, so we have to sacrifice that fun moments in the resort. Overall it was a pleasant experience though 5 star are little overrated for the property, good enough for 4 star.

This trip was the great experience for us as we three friends went for a Weekend trip and the Bhanwar Singh Palace welcomed us very nicely with a welcome drink then they greeted us properly to our room and have assisted us very nicely and then they have a great pool place. Then the food is also great and have very clean and tidy surroundings in the rooms, Around the rooms and in pool also. I must recommend to my family and friends to visit there.

We booked bhanwar singh palace for 1 day to enjoy with our friends. Stay was amazing, room was clean, property was appropriately managed and pool was superb. There was ample greenary in and around the property. The only suggestion i can give them is to bring the taste of food upto the level of pushkar. Otherwise, the stay was mind blowing. Staff is fully cooperative and very well mannered.

Good place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. The best part of the resort is its pool. The rooms were good unlike the services. Food is horrible there, had to go out for food. Location is awesome. Beautiful view from the balcony, hills all around seems like in the lap of the nature.

The property is located on Pushkar bypass road and stands out beautifully in the pictureque backdrop of aravalli hills. The rooms are magnificent which gives a sense of both luxury and comfort at the same time. Food is delicious and staff is very courteous and helpful.

This is a first time i visited here and it is a nice place and easily reachable. Before the booking i read the reviews and feedback. Guests were complaining about food, services and location etc etc but i stay there for 2 nights everything was good. Food, services and staff was also good. I have no complaints it was such a nice stay.

Staff behaviour at the reception really was not good. We paid already for triple sharing extra bed, apart that they demand us to pay extra for extra bed. He was talking rudely on this topic too. Really guys, it was not good.

My overall experience was awesome. Hotel is very good. Staff are very well behaved and service is the best. It felt like staying in a royal palace. Only problem is its location. It is 7 kms away from Pushkar city.
