The stay was not at all comfortable. 1. Rooms & hotel were not clean. Basic hygiene was also under question. 2. No room service facility. 3. No room dining facility. 4. No laundry facility was provided. 5. No intercom in the hotel.

Good stay but poor customer orientation

Location is fine. Food was okay not so great. Staff and services were poor. Staff were rude. Hotel was neat and clean. It is a bit expensive hotel.

Palatial hotel with excellent gardens

Located at one end of Karauli but beautiful oasis in a noisy little City. Flower gardens fountains peacocks horse and birds in the gardens with very large heritage style rooms. Is actually a Palace where the current Rajaji stays. Some rooms let out. Good wholesome food on fixed menu basis. Reasonable price. Excellent get away

The rooms were quite big. Kind of an apartment .. Very Good hospitality. Priced high .. However the manager was not that curteous. But the overall experience was good .. And one cannot get better option in Karauli ..
