Stayed comfortably for two nights. Nice location. Close to famous shiva temple and tdm hall. A beautiful park and fabulous backwaters just nearby. Ambience is good. Food is vegetarian only and it is very tasty and mostly south indian. We stayed in a deluxe room which was neat, spacious and suitably furnished. The large bed was really good. The bath room doesn’t come to one’s reasonable expectations. It’s maintenance is poor and neatness is compromised. The bath door and frame are rarely cleaned, so also the walls.

People at the reception were very helpful. Room was ready and was kept clean and tidy. Lunch was good and i like to eat in that restaurant. Liked their meals. The security people were courteous and guided us well. Parking space is limited. The Bharat Hotel (BTH) allows you to experience an old world charm. Most importantly it is located in the heart of the city. Always love being here. Had been here with family and relatives earlier.

Nice, clean room with all facilities. Only trouble i faced was the lack of control of hot and cold water in the bathroom. The water was so hot that it was difficult to shower. There were no symbols to guide and only very hot water was coming. This was the only issue i faced. Food and all other aspects of the stay was excellent.

Near from railway station many well known places are in the vicinity known for their kerala sadhya its very old & traditional restaurant in eranakulam. If you are a vegetarian i highly recommend this place. Considering the quality and quantity of food served its worthy. They also have a good customer service.

Staff took adequate safety and hygiene measures like wearing of masks, usage of sanitizers, temperature check on arrival, sanitization of baggage etc. Even utensils in room service were well covered. Service was quick. However, room service available only from 7 a. M. To 9 pm. M.

Bth ernakulam very courteous service. Even allowed early check in on 24hours basis. Renovated room and was neat and tidy. Ample space with necessary furniture. Clean and hygienic wash room. Further the complementary buffet breakfast was also good.
