Bhati Desert Camp Sam

I stayed in bhatia desert camp with my family including my husband, 8 year old son and my parents. We reached the camp early morning around 5. 30 am. Within few minutes of arriving we were allocated a different tent ( as our reservation started from 10 am) with extra bed and lots of blankets and hot tea was made available without even asking. Within 2 hours our tents were made available and they were happy to clean the bathroom once again when asked. Tents are basic having no furniture other than a double bed and a small mirror. There was a sitting area outside with chairs and a small table. But tent and bathroom were clean. Food was good and had enough varieties to satisfy the appetite of elders and the kid. Desert safari was arranged quickly at an additional price. Our whole family enjoyed the jeep safari and camel safari. Evening cultural programme was also good with live folk music and kalbelia dance etc. The whole experience felt very safe and enjoyable. The staff was readily available to help, was extremely polite and appeared eager to please. The owner and supervisor could also be seen taking care of things themselves. The overall experience made our stay enjoyable and memorable. It felt safe and homely. My kid enjoyed playing in the sand in the huge space available in front of the tents. One can enjoy beautiful view of sun rise and sunset right from the camp. I will specially like to mention one incident where i left my handbag unattended and got busy in the cultural programme. Staff members kept my things safely and returned to me later on. I will like to mention that some of the description given is inaccurate as the tents do not have anything other than a mirror. However, whatever they lack in facilities they make up with their hospitality. Staff seems to have embraced the concept of atithi devo bhava. Bhati desert camp and desert safari was the highlight of our trip and i wish i can return anytime soon.

It's just amazing experience to stay in bhatia desert camp seam in seam dune. I have stayed in so many Bhati Desert Camp Sams and camps around the country, but staying in bhati's camp is really different. First, the atmosphere is very peaceful and really beautiful. The camp is on the sand but the environment is neat and clean. The cleanliness is also maintained inside the room (tent) and also the bathroom. Secondly, the decoration is very good, especially at night it looks beautiful. Thirdly, though it is fully in desert, they supplied sufficient water for toilet and personal use. Throughout the day hot water was there in the bathroom. Thirdly, the food, i. E, the dinner and the breakfast was fantastic. Both the dinner and the breakfast were served by buffet system. So the guests took food items as much as possible. In dinner there were about ten items including 'dal baati churma' and in breakfast there were about eight items. Almost every items were delicious. The cooking staff are mostly from west bengal. Tea were served several times. Fourthly, the jeep safari and the camel safari they arranged will be remembered for long time. They gave much time to roam in the dunes even after the sunset. Fifthly, the cultural program by the local artists were also good, they tried their best to entertain the guests. During the program snacks, tea etc. Were served. Lastly, each and every staff is experienced, jolly and very careful. They repeatedly asked individually about the comfort. The honour they gave the guests was praiseworthy. And special thanks to the manager mr. Yes-want singh ji. He is really a fantastic person. His behaviour was just like my own relative. However, my jaisalmer trip has become one of my best trip as i stayed in bhatia desert camp sam.

I think that most people would be hard pressed to find much to complain about with Bhati Desert Camp and we were certainly very pleased with our stay and only wished that we could have stayed longer. After Reading a number of negative comments about other camps here we were a little sceptical about Bhati Desert Camp Sam but everything was good and we were very satisfied with our stay. The evening and morning buffets were good and had plenty of choices and the tent are just as nice as the photos and were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive and when we had a problem with the drain in our bathroom immediately fixed it.

The experience was out of the world. They believe in quality service and it was way beyond our expectations. Stayed for 1 night and it almost felt like a home away from home. Every member of the staff out there from the time we stepped into that heavenly place, attended us with inexplicable warmth and took care of all our needs with immense care. Very prompt and committed towards each one, who visited there. The tents are exceptionally comfortable with all basics in place. One can view sunrise from insides of the tents.

Bhati dessert Camp staff is very hospitable and friendly. They provide very high quality service. We stayed overnight in the tent. The tent was very well maintained very clean and also had very clean washroom. They provided snacks and Rajasthani dinner which was good. In the evening they had arranged music and dance program performed by local artists. We also took their camel safari and jeep safari package. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Jaisalmer.

First of all the Bhati Desert Camp Sam staff are very good and the cleaning maintenance was very good, in this covid situation they are maintaining this resort in very good manner. First when we enter in to resort they check out our temperature, later hand sanitizer then only they allowed us in the resort. The staff are very good they always help us all the time. The mantainance of this resort was very good, owner mr. Hathee singh was very polite they are always there to help us.

Booked through company this awesome desert Camp. They arranged for good jeep safari and camel riding at Sam sand dunes which is 10 km from the Camp, at a fair price. In the evening had an awesome cultural evening with traditional Rajasthani folk songs and folk dances followed by pure Rajasthani vegetarian buffet dinner. Enjoyed our night stay at swiss tent which had all modern amenities. Wish Bhati Desert all the success in future.

We did stay for one although we made a booking for 2 nights but overall staff was good mr. Kamlesh, desert safari operator jansar khan also the owner of the Bhati Desert Camp Sam mr. Hamir singh bhati will make sure we are n joying and dats really good so one will really enjoy although prefer camps opposite to the entrance gates and yes it's in desert so don't expect like a resort style these camps have their own experience

We stayed for 2 nights at Bhati Desert Camp Sam. Food quality was average we have to eat same menu food in breakfast and dinner as well. Apart from this, services were good staff was also supporting, they also presented evening cultural programme which was best. Give a try good location to stay.

Camp food is good. But tents are not according to photographs shown in mm t site. Hot at day time but is terrific cold. Hot and cold water present whole day.

Camel rides, dune surfing and top it off with a great meal with traditional dancing. I would highly recommend this adventure for families with teen to middle age travelers.

Me and my family had a stay for 2 nights, the staff was highly courteous, we hust felt like home. They have provided with everything that was required including different meals for my 1 year old baby. The facilities provided in the tent are at par. Very good services keep it up
