familyDon't even think of booking this hotel. I booked it for some guests at my home for marriage. And I was so embarrassed after seeing the room quality and services of these duffers. Please don't even think of even booking this hotel.

The rooms are horrendous. There is no cleanliness and hygiene. Bedsheets are really dirty and all the pictures they put up on Makemy trip are fake. None of there rooms look like this

We literally had to fight with hotel guys and shout to tell them that we need good quality room. The room which they had first given us to stay had really bad smell, had fungus on the walls on the bedsheets. It was really bad. Considering the shortage of room availability we had to book it in there. But I must say. Never book a hotel in here rather reschedule your trip

I travelled from Delhi to Agra for business purpose and stayed at Bhawna Palace. It was a nice room, clean toilet and caring stuff. Washroom ventilation was not working, they have to take care of small maintenance.

Jug for water was very dirty and smelly. But apart from this all is good service, staff behaviour. And also breakfast buffet variety is not so good but value for money I would recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel.
