Nice staff behaviour,location wise convenient. There is no food facilities within the property but you can order it from outside restaurant where food is quite tasty.Instead of standard set top box tv, there was android tv which is a bit difficult to control for those who are not used to,but the staffs attended whenever we called for this problem. I would suggest the owner to subscribe to some more channels in addition to limited zee package. Open parking is on the ground just adjacent to the building.Please visit the place during cold season since we suffered a lot during sight seeing during our visit during this Diwali time due to scorching sun though late night and morning time temperature was quite down and surrounding was full of fog.Overall a pleasant experience.

The location is nearby to the Station inside the main town. The property is well maintained but there is no lift to carry the luggage to the first floor and above. The hotel has no in-built restaurant and nearby food outlets charge 50/Rs extra for food delivery. The staff and the other management are co-operating.

The location of Bibhuti Inn is 5 minutes from station in auto, you can also walk from station to the hotel, it should take 15-20 mins max, the rooms are nice, neat and clean, the bathroom was huge, you can order food from nearby restaurants and have it in the room, you can get tea at the hotel, the place is quiet, wifi connection is not that good but they are planning to get it fixed soon, the behaviour of the staff is really nice

The staff were good and helpful. The location was also easy to find. It is right off the national highway and right in front off the ghatshila college, so it's quite easy to find. One of the downsides is they don't have any rooms on the ground floor and no lift, so it's difficult for arthritis patients to climb the stairs. They also do not have in-house food service. Food is given from a local restaurant. But they do deliver it right to your rooms. And they also have a huge space opposite the building for parking.

The way of booking the process is good. But hotel experience was very bad. - not available is food in the hotel we took from outside the restaurant. - the bed condition was very bad. Only the mattress was given to not provide a blanket. As a customer we don't have any idea before booked the hotel. So request to make my trip team before showing any hotel in your web side kindly rate the review in proper way. Regards sudipta chakravorty

Ac, fan both are not working. Still now no action taken by hotel manager. It's horrible staying, i have senior citizen with me. Ac is not working still now. We cannot sleeping 1. 1. Now the time 6 am, no generator backup, no response, horrible staying. What is the present status for the complaint

Front look not so interesting but hospitality well. Room rate is very much exorbitant compared to nearby hotels

The experience in this hotel is good enough. If you are going to ghatshila then you can stay here at least one day. It's connectivity is better than the others.

Very bad experience, not fit for mmt

Cordial behaviour of hotel staff. Good service. Toilet condition should be improved. Very helpful hotel staff. Nice to stay here. I will recommend to stay here at a reasonable cost.

Room size wasn't properly for stay 3 + 1 guest but other facilities are was good.

Hotel was in average, air conditioner and television was not working properly

It has no ground room, for the elderly people it is difficult to climb up the upper floor room. Otherwise the owner and the lone staff was simply cordial.

The location, staff behave, hygiene all good.

Everything is ok. But no tv inside the room. No hot water from the tap for the first day. Though they have provided us hot water by bucket. Staffs are very good. There is no restaurant but they arranged food from outside as per our order. The food is very very tasty also. The location is very good.

Hotel is new. But no tv or furniture in room. Food they arranged from outside is below average.

Ac and tv not avalble at room but it's called delux room. As permmt cheek out time 12pm but hotel management said left room with 9am
