However, we are truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the caretaker was unwell for one day, which is why he could not be present. That said, we still had a maid available on the property from morning till night, and our cook came by during lunch and dinner hours to take and prepare orders. Despite the caretaker’s absence, we ensured your breakfast was served on time and all essential services were maintained. Regarding safety, we want to assure you that our property is very safe. There are multiple houses and other resorts around us, and several cafés are just a 5–6 minute walk away. Our staff members also live within 3 minutes of the property. In addition, we have CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises and take both safety and cleanliness extremely seriously. We are truly disappointed to read your review, especially because several points mentioned are factually incorrect. You arrived at 7:00 AM, even though our check-in time is 12:00 PM, and immediately demanded an early check-in along with additional services that were never part of your booking. You also brought a driver and insisted that we provide him with accommodation, even though we do not have staff quarters nor do we advertise such a facility. Despite this, we still went out of our way to help by arranging a place for him to stay at one of our staff member’s homes. Regarding the facilities mentioned as “missing,” our domes do have air-conditioning, and we also offer Wi-Fi. Parking is located about 150–200 meters from the property, which is clearly communicated and common for beachside locations in Gokarna. As for the dogs, they are released at night as part of our security routine. They normally do not bark unless needed. At most, they barked briefly, and not throughout the night as claimed. We always try our best to support guests, but in this case, the expectations were far beyond what was booked or communicated, and we felt pressured with repeated threats of a bad review
