It was a mixed experience. Check-in was smooth. The room was clean, but the linen was dirty. The staff promptly replaced everything. There were no towels and no toiletries as they were not available. They were finally made available in the night at 9 pm. The best part was the dinner. We had taken the dinner plan and we expected a buffet. But we were surprised as we were offered a-la-carte option. Great food, catered to your palate. Co-operative staff. Morning time was a big surprise too. No hot water. Took us almost 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Breakfast was a disaster after a very great dinner. Just two items and both fried, and banana. Over all a good stay but not worth the money that was paid.

I have booked this Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels for 2 days stay on August. Staff of the Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels was very polite and well mannered. Also Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels is in budget but a little bit far away from city. Location of the Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels is good. It was a nice experience to be there. They didn't compromise with food quality as well as services. I would strongly recommend people, if you are visiting this city and need stay go for it.

Hotel Bindiram is a new, clean place to stay in Chitrakoot. But it is not Worth the money charged, as 1. The place in neither close to any tourist/religious place, neither market or City. 2. Good amount of money is charged for breakfast package, but you have hardly any choice. You get only the simplest and cheapest one choice. 3. Although the Hotel is new, but beds are not comfortable and plumbing is of very low quality.

The room service is lightening fast whether it’s for food, toiletries or anything else. They take care of the customer’s needs well. We requested for jain food and next morning we found out that the whole breakfast menu was without onion and garlic. We were very happy with the commitment of the restaurant staff. We enjoyed our stay although the cleanliness was a slight let down but the excellent room service made it up.

You can't expect more in this location. This is probably the best Hotel in the area. Except flaws like electricity tripping quite frequently in the area and no central/independent water heating system in the bathrooms rest everything was good. Staff is very cooperative and humble and the food was very good. Not lavish extended breakfast however whatever was available was good to eat.

Hotel is located en route from station to the town with excellent amenities. The staff is very courteous and serves very good food. The banquet facility and the restaurant facility are together combined. They appear little sticky about check-in check-out time and the power outage is frequent though well backed up.

Bindiram stay is good and Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels is clean and hygiene, Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels food is delicious and very good rate and service of Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels is very fast and good all staff is very supportive so the my stay is very memorable and i strongly recommended for your trip

Rooms are spacious and clean. New property in Chitrakoot. Approaching road is under construction, near to all visiting points of Chitrakoot. Overall, satisfactory experience as there is no such standard in Chitrakoot area.
Approaching road have potholes. Service staff should be more professional.
