Bir High - A Boutique Property

Rooms are clean but are small in size, we had breakfast which was good in taste, location is pretty good but we did not like the vibe from the owner. There was an awkward silence when she was around. My experience was quite weird, not really expected. I had liked this property so this was my 3rd visit to Bir High. I made a booking online on the midnight between 8th and 9th July 2025. I was charged by MMT. There wasn't another single booking on the property for 9th July , it being off season and mid of the week. The owner asked me to pay another Rs. 500/- if I wanted the room which I thought I had booked. I was surprised since the entire hotel was lying unoccupied. Anyhow I paid up through UPI. I asked the property to issue me the bill After much hesitation and dilly dally, what was issued to me was a bill for another amount and another date!!!! The owner tried to put this to a fault in the computer system. I couldnt believe that for a petty gain (amount of Rs. 500/- charged extra), the owner would avoid to issue a bill . Please look into this....no discounts even when there was no other booking and the entire property was vacant. Ultimately she issued me a bill for different amount than what I paid and for a different date ie 6th July 2025, while my booking was done on 9th July for 9th July itself.!!!! Not really so much boutique....!!! This was the last of this property for me !!!

The kid at the front office was rude. Also generally the behavior of the staff was a little unwelcoming. Other than that the location is great. The food is also good.

Location of the hotel is superb, right next to the Paragliding landing ground, overlooking the field where para gliders land. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nothing very fancy but overall good rooms, good food in the restaurant. Value for money.

The best part is the location. It’s right on the landing site. Very quiet and scenic. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food and service excellent.

Location is good. Room size is small staff is average. You can enjoy paragliding view from the top as it is near the landing site

location was 5, bang on landing ground. however, the room size was small especially looking at the pricing, The breakfast menu had limited items with average taste. one thing I did not like was we were given backside rooms

Stay was nice and comfortable. Food was good and service was very good. Standard rooms location was not good. Had to request for a better room which owner upgraded without any extra charge

It was a great experience as I visited for the first time your services were good. You people were cooperative and if you visit we are going to visit your hotel only and everyone should come here.
