Located at kasauli cantt area, it is secluded and has the best views right from your cozy comfortable room. Also, in this covid - 19 time sanitization and cleanliness are top most priority and the Birds View Resort didn't failed to deliver the same. Everything was super clean and tidy, the staff was also courteous specially jj ( jagdish ji), helpful, jolly nature and has all the information about the nearby places to visit. Conclusion: best resort in kasauli to visit and have a gala time with family friends couple or even alone !

The state was fantastic we enjoyed a lot. The staff was very supportive and helpful good behaviour. I would like to recommend this to everyone and view is very good for the Birds View Resort and i will definitely look forward to come again. This Birds View Resort is totally worth it. The location and view is to die for. The route to the location is beautiful and the view of the balconies and eating areas too. It was like staying among the clouds. The place had clean rooms. Super deluxe rooms were spacious. Balconies had beautiful view. Menu was decent, there was variety and i'll recommend eating on the rooftop, as the view makes the food even more delicious. Room service was quick. Overall 4. 5/5 experience.

Overall experience was good, whole staff behavior was good and services were fast. Also, it is situated on perfect location, you will not find any kind of traffic noise and mall Road is just 1.5 km away.

We visited towards the end of December. The rooms were spacious and had great views of the valley. The staff was friendly and polite. They served hot food which was made fresh this added about a 30-min wait time but it wasn't an issue as we placed an order ahead of time once we realized the lag. Only thing they can improve is the heating which was not great, but we had enough blankets to keep us warm.

We had booked deluxe room and our room name was orange. It was an awesome stay. View was excellent from our balcony. Room was neat and clean. Its a well maintained Birds View Resort. Only one thing needs improvement food service. Food service was very slow, though food was good. Recommended for travellers.

My stay in the Birds View Resort was perfect. The view was the best i could ever ask for and the room was spacious. However, my only complaint was that the washroom needs to be well ventilated and clean, as there were mosquitos present. Apart from that, the staff, mohan & harish were perfect! even the person at the reception was very helpful. Would definitely come visit again.

This quaint Birds View Resort is nestled in the lap of nature. There is amazing view from all levels of the breakfast deck and private balconies. Really serene and the stay healed my soul. And. What food! try their chicken cutlets and the continental section. Fish and chips was great too! however they require good bath accessories and furnishing! overall great stay

Good facilities, I went with my pet the staff was good, but washroom and bed linens got to be more clean.
