We stayed at this hotel. It was gud experience While staying here as staff is cooperative .. nd all the facilities provided .. prime thing is location as this hotel has access to mall road.

Location is fantastic. Food quality average. Paneer Tikka was pathetic. Cleanliness and room average. Best part - you have to pay for lemon, tooth brush and paste. We asked for a lemon and were charged 30/- for that.. come on, we had meals worth 3000/- at your hotel Also were charged 20/- each for 2 brushes and 10/- for small toothpaste. Thank god didn’t charged for Towel & Pillows

It’s a great property to spend time with family .. nice staff and good food provided .

Everything is as it is described, room was very spacious and neat & clean. Also Indoor games available like billiards, table tennis etc. Good experience.

The hotel is located at the peak of the mountain and gives a great view. Superb service by the staff. The rooms are big, near and clean. I must recommend booking this hotel.

3rd visit to this place and always have been my go to place for each short trip to the himachal hills great location, easily accessible, great food and hospitality. Overall great value for money away from the kasauli hustle and bustle with great views of the plains. Panchkula, chandigarh, pinjore, kalka. Etc must visit if you want days of bliss without burning a hole in your pocket

Me and my wife recently stayed at Bird's View Resort in Kasauli from August 12th to 15th, 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a Super Deluxe room named Orange, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, well-equipped with AC (though didn't have to use it), and other amenities. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, offering an awe-inspiring panorama of the mist-covered hills. The weather during our stay was typical of the monsoon season, with a pleasant temperature hovering around 20°C, adding a magical touch to our experience. The staff at the resort were exceptionally cooperative and helpful, with a special mention to Mr. Harish, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His hospitality truly made a difference, and we were impressed by his dedication. The resort is situated in a serene location, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. It also provides ample parking space, which was a significant convenience for us. The food served was good, and we appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and the entire premises. Overall, our experience at Bird's View Resort was excellent, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Kasauli. Santosh Thomas

Reception man was friendly and cooperative. Although it was nearing 10 pm. Dinner was arranged. Rooms were clean with big balcony. Views from the balcony were amazing. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Had comfortable stay at hotel bird view. Staff was helpful and prompt. Had good wifi connection and good dth support. It's terrace has mesmerising view of the valley. Overall our stay was satisfying and peaceful.
